This main floor 3bed 2bath apartment is in the ideal location for visiting Logan, Utah. It's perfectly situated near Downtown, Utah State University, and the mouth of Logan Canyon. The neighborhood is known as the 'Island' as it is sandwiched between two rivers.
You'll have the entire top floor of the home, with a fully private entrance and self-check in. The interior features a fully stocked kitchen with dining room, spacious living room, a dedicated workspace, W/D, and plenty of parking!
Please be aware that there are two units in the basement with separate entrances. We ask all guests to be respectful of noise levels but advise to book a different location if you need a full house or tend to be loud or heavy footed.
You'll have a private entrance and have the entire top floor of this older home. It was built in 1956 and has been updated to today's standards but still has some of the original charm.
Self-check in and keyless entry via the front door on the main level of home. The two other units on this site are in the basement and access to those are completely separate. Access to the backyard through the garage.
We live close by and are available if you need it! Most guest prefer a more hands off experience with self-check in, but we are happy to meet you and let you in should you prefer it!
Fantastic location with great walking trails right across the street, and the Little Logan River. Walking distance to both USU and Downtown.

It was very clean and spacious. The communication with the host was fantastic. The check out process was very easy. I just wish check out was at 11 am instead of 10. Overall a good place to stay.

Thank you, Courtney! We can do a 11am checkout next time you stay, we do them all the time when people ask :) We just usually do 10am as most leave before that and we can get started on the cleaning.
It was great having you again!
Great property, beautifully designed and very functional layout, very well stocked supplies. It was very easy to check in and the host was very responsive, professional and courteous. Despite the house being on a moderately fast road, there was not much traffic and we enjoyed convenient proximity to downtown, USU, grocery stores and parks. Walking distance to historic locations, and beautifully kept Merlin Olsen Central Park.
Attending a wedding reception so we only stayed for one night. It was perfect for our family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and affordable. I was clean and modern and comfortable beds!
Home is comfortable and clean. It is an older home but filled our needs and was one of the most reasonable from a cost perspective.

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable
We enjoyed our stay. The pictures and description are accurate. The place was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a good selection of cookware and spices. The area is very walkable. Nearby paths lead to the lake and University. This was our second time staying here, and we plan to come back.
We were in town for the USU graduation and enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment had everything we needed and was well stocked with paper towels and toilet paper. They even provided an assortment of coffee and tea. The location is fantastic, withith walking distance to a park (sidewalks the entire way) and we even walked into town a few mornings for fantastic coffee at Ibis. A short drive to campus, too!The hosts were very responsive and friendly with communication. This will be our go-to place if we return to Logan! Thank you!

We purchased the home in 2024, but it was an Airbnb for several years before we bought it and we are learning a lot! I tend to worry or overthink about everything, we just hope everyone enjoys there stay!
