Swanky Downtown Loft

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area)

Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

Feel like you've escaped to a big city with small town charm right outside your door. Original Drummond Tobacco "Horseshoe Plug" advertising mural and cozy balcony overlooking the falls in Waverly. 14' ceilings and full view window of the river view give this loft a very modern feel.

There are two flights of stairs to access the loft.
Please be respectful of the common space shared by the neighbor's across the hall.

Please leave the street level door unlocked during daytime hours and lock behind you after 7pm

Exceptions to the 4 guest limit can be possible for families, please ask for more details

Quiet hours are to be observed from 10 pm to 7 am.

We had a lovely stay in a lovely place. It's a great location -- and will be even better when the bridge is finished. We enjoyed the patio overlooking the river, and appreciated the seating area that afforded us a place to visit with family and friends.

Perfect alternative to a hotel!

The loft was perfect for our family. Kitchen was limited but since we were in town visiting family, it wasn't really needed. There was plenty of space for our family. Well stocked and clean. Owner was very responsive and attentive. Great stay!

Spring Break

My friends and I absolutely loved the aesthetic of the loft! We were in love with the spot of where it was located, we were able to walk to nearby shops and have fun. I would definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Wonderful location on the Cedar River. Enjoyed the parks and our walks along the river. Love to see old buildings re-purposed and this loft has a great vibe! Very clean and well appointed.

What a charming place! The loft was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches and plenty of supplies made the stay very comfortable. Local boutiques are just a short walk away, and the view over the river was the icing on the cake. I stayed for about a week and it quickly felt like home. One note: it can be tricky to get an Uber or Lyft without a car, but Kris was very helpful in pointing me to a local taxi company. Thank you! I’d definitely love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

State Trap Shooting Competition 2024

My son and I needed a fun place to stay mid week during the State Trap Shooting Competition. The range was midway between Waverly and Cedar Falls. We really enjoyed the studio and could have easily had a couple more family members stay with us and have plenty of room. The beds and pillows were incredible. The view was incredible and we highly recommend this accomodation.
