A cosy 65-square-meter apartment in a recently built residence located in Les Favrands, on the banks of the Arve River, in a quiet and easily accessible area of Chamonix, just a 15-minute walk from city centre. Ideal for enjoying the valley with family or friends, you’ll especially appreciate the view, the garage and ski storage room available, the easy access, and the ability to do everything on foot, as well as the apartment’s many amenities.

The apartment features an entryway; a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets, induction cooktop, etc.) that opens onto a comfortable living room (TV, Wi-Fi) and dining area. A balcony extends this living space, offering views of the Arve River and the Brévent mountain.
There are also two bedrooms: the master bedroom (with a queen-size bed and a workspace) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm wide). A bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry area (with a washing machine) complete this apartment.
You’ll also have access to a ski room, as well as a private indoor parking spot and shared parking spaces in the residence.

Located in the Favrands area. Close to city centre Chamonix with its shops, cafés, and restaurants (10-minute walk). 50 metres from an excellent bakery. A bike path was recently added to our street. 3-minute drive from the Super U. Near major tourist attractions:

- Access to the Mer de Glace via the Montenvers Train

Access to the apartment is very easy from the first roundabout you encounter upon arriving in Chamonix. This means you don’t have to drive through city centre, which can be tricky during peak season. Parking spaces are always available in front of the residence in addition to your private garage (not suitable for large vehicles). Everything is within walking distance of the apartment.
Feel free to use the Chamonix buses, the “Mulet” (which runs through city centre Chamonix), or the Mont Blanc Expresso train line (from St-Gervais to Martigny in Switzerland). The nearest bus stop is Jeanne d’Arc on Line 3 (Les Pèlerins). A bike path runs right past the residence.
