The apartment is nice and spacy. All you need for a cosy stay in Chamonix. Perfect base for both getting outdoors and enjoying some town vibes. Would certainly come again!

Very big apartment in old style. Plenty space for big group.
Location Very good...Unbelievable view from balcony, windows for the mountains.
Landlord nice and no trouble one but nearly not speak English.
When we was there WiFi not working but...

Great location for skiing at Brevent-Flegere with a short walk to lift. Short walk in to village center. Roomy apartment with reasonably well equipped kitchen. Clothes washer was key with an infant.
The property has the best views of the Alps and is so close to the Brevent ski lift while the village centre is 10 mins walk.
Lovely property that accommodated 3 couples comfortably with a ski room as well.
I would only suggest that the check in process and the person responsible is clearer to avoid any disappointments
My family had such a fantastic stay in Chamonix at this property. The apartment was spacious for the six of us. The views from every room are breathtaking. We had everything we needed to cook meals. We were met on arrival to check in at a pre arranged time and the gentleman was available if we needed to ask him questions living in an apartment downstairs. The location is close enough to the town centre to shop easily and located conveniently to lifts for the Midi and Brevant. There was so much to do as an active family using this apartment as a base. We did mountaineering, via ferrata, walking parts of the TMB trail, swimming at both Richard Bozen and Lac Passy, white water , rafting also visiting sites of interest like the fossilised dinosaur footprints, emmerson dam and we loved the crystal museum just down the road. We hired a car from the airport but hardly used the car and in future would just use the public transport. There was a garage to park the car in. Would love to return.
Late Spring ski holiday for 5 adults â my thoughts:
The owner and apartment manager answered all my queries quickly. The check in process was faultless â we texted with our ETA and the manager was outside ready and waiting for us upon our arrival.
We knew we would be arriving before the stated check-in time and had been told we could leave our luggage at the apartment until it was ready. As it turned out the apartment was ready early and we were given the keys straight away.
This apartment is massive. 3 good size bedrooms, a large ensuite to the enormous master bedroom, a second bathroom with a mini bath and a third with a shower. There was always plenty of hot water.
The kitchen is a decent size with all the pots, pans and equipment we needed.
The lounge/dining area was very comfortable with fantastic views of the mountains.
The ski locker on the ground floor was a superb addition to the apartment.
The thing that really makes this apartment though is its location. Chamonix does not do âski-in ski-outâ so you have a choice between being close to the ski lift or close to the shops and restaurants. Whichever you choose you will be walking up a very steep hill to get to the ski lift in your ski boots carrying skis and poles. I would choose being close to the lift as opposed to the shops any day and this apartment is in one of the blocks closest to the Brevent cable car that takes you immediately up into the whole lift system.
The only negative I can think of is that some of the fixtures, fittings and supplies are looking a little bit tired but this is a very minor complaint.
All in all 5* accommodation and really good value for money.

Superb property, wonderful views and on the hottest days the elevated location on the hillside ensured you have a great breeze to cool down. Close to downtown, shops, etc. We have stayed numerous times in Chamonix and this was our favorite property yet. Perfect for long trail runs, hikes, and catching the Brevant lift for paragliding. Superb property and the property manager on site is excellent!

Apartment is spacious and well equipped. Close to Skiing and only a short walk downhill to the Chamonix pedestrian zone, restaurants, and shops. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Mont Blanc
