Superb villa with swimming pool Lake Annecy

Our lovely main residence is ideally located, 700 m from the lake and 400 m from the cycle path. You can see the lake from the terrace.
The exteriors have just been completely redone: teak terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds.
It is only 7km from the city of Annecy, or 20 minutes by bike by the cycle path. You can put the car down and do everything by bike.
This large, peaceful villa promises a relaxing stay for the whole family.
Many activities dedicated to water sports are nearby (paddle, boat rental, wakeboarding, beach restaurants...).
Within a radius of 500 metres from the house you will find various shops: supermarket, biocoop, bank, Asian takeaways, pizzeria, baker, butcher, delicatessen, wine shop, car service station, health centre, bowling alley, bike shop...
6 charging stations for electric vehicles are available 200 metres from the house.

The accommodation:
Sheets, towels and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning are provided and included in the price. The house, of 250m2 on a plot of 1200m2, is designed to accommodate a large family or several families, guaranteeing their independence.
Capacity for 10 people + 3 extra beds (1 single mattress + 1 sofa bed).
The ground floor bedroom (bedroom 1) has an en-suite kitchen and bathroom, all on 30m2.
The bedroom on the ground floor (bedroom 2) has a private bathroom.
The 3rd floor hosts 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 has an en-suite shower room (sink WC). The other two bedrooms 4 and 5 share a real apartment (independent if necessary) with shower room, extra kitchen, lounge area and dining area.
Traveller access
You will have access to the entire villa, the garden and the swimming pool with private access. The only shared spaces are the tarmac driveway leading to the villa as well as the car park. Indeed, there is a dwelling adjoining the villa by the garage, completely independent of the house.
The house is protected from prying eyes: only one other house is located among the neighbouring land but without an opening on the side of the villa. Our cat will remain present in the house during the rental period. Named Fluffy, she is calm and kind, and does not represent a danger to the children in particular. She enters and leaves as she pleases through a cat flap and does her business outside. Tenants are asked to be kind enough to provide her with water and kibble (provided).
