We stayed in a charming old building where we rented Marie's apartment. The building is located right in the historic center; all the sights, outdoor terraces, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. As mentioned in the listing, the lively atmosphere of the markets and terraces is clearly audible when the windows are open, but with the windows closed, it is barely noticeable. There are two good fans to keep things cool. Furthermore, the apartment is well-equipped, cozily furnished, and very clean. If you appreciate the charm of an old building, this place is highly recommended.

Hébergement bien situé dans le cœur de la vieille ville mais la température de l appartement était très élevée la nuit . Il nous a été impossible de rafraîchir l appartement en raison des bruits de la rue ( restaurant café) .

Sandrina a laissé l'appartement propre à son départ et la communication avant son arrivée a été agréable. Nous la remercions. En revanche, elle a écourté son séjour en quittant l'appartement après deux nuits, sans nous en informer au préalable, puis nous a demandé si un remboursement était possible pour la troisième nuit. Son départ était motivé par la canicule exceptionnelle qui touchait Annecy (en fait, toute la France) et le bruit dans la Vieille Ville le soir du 14 juillet ! Le jour de son départ, les températures sont retombées à 20 degrés Celsius. C'est dommage. Nous lui avions expliqué dès son arrivée que la climatisation n'est pas autorisée dans cet immeuble historique et lui avions conseillé de conserver les volets fermés pendant la journée afin de limiter la chaleur. Nous lui souhaitons une bonne continuation.

Idéalement situé en centre ville et parfaitement équipé (linge de toilette, draps, etc...) tout y est. Prévoir juste un second ventilateur (en période de canicule), et prévoir une tablette pour vos séries Netflix en cas de pluie ou moment de soirée en intérieur. Le reste est tout simplement a portée de main. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Communication parfaite avec l'hôte et parking à proximité a 50m. Au top, nous reviendrons. Merci a vous.

We had a pleasant stay. Location was perfect. Paid parking very near to the flat was convient. There was a heatwave while we were in Annecy. Unfortunatly there was only one fan in the flat. We had to buy a second fan. Also the shower room door did not work properly. Early check out was inconvenient.Niall

No complains were received from the guest who stayed after you but we will check everything. The nationwide heatwave was unfortunate.
