It's a beautiful big,neat, house that have seven bedrooms with two rooms have their own full baths and additional two full bathrooms. It can accommodates up to 14 people and a baby crib for family who needs it. The main level is wheelchair acessable to four bedrooms and two full bathroom. The kitchen dining area and one of the living room has two steps stair from the main level. The house two separate living rooms. On the back of the house there is a patio with a view to park behind it. There is trompolin for kids Tom play on. The house is located in quiet Neighboir hood, within close proximity for shopping mall and stores near by. The house is only 37minutes from downtown portland and 23 minutes from PDX airport.

Great space, nice kitchen stocked with plenty to be able to cook for our large family. Lots of room to spread out, even had a few things for the kids to do. Tvs in every room to stream what you want. Comfortable sofas to lounge on. We enjoyed our stay here.

We loved having our whole family together before our son's wedding. The house layout worked amazingly well for all of us. 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, and 2 dining areas. the kitchen was well stocked, although we were short plates and coffee cups, so you might want to bring some paper supplies if you plan on eating meals all together. The host was great and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we had a large group.

Great place to gather with family

We really enjoyed staying in your home while we were in Portland for a family members funeral. We were able to fit 12 adults comfortably and there was enough space in both family room areas for all of us to sit and hang out. It was close to all necessary amenities and we would absolutely stay here again when in Portland.

Property was very large and had plenty of space for all of the families and children staying. The neighborhood was great with shops nearby and easy access the highway. The home is very lived in but for a short stay it worked well. The kitchen had plenty of appliances, pots, and basic cooking supplies.

AWESOME HOME IN HAPPY VALLEY

Home was perfect for our family. A lot of amenities, kitchen fully stocked. Oven broke during our stay and was quickly replaced. Rooms were comfortable and bathroom was stocked with lots of towels. Highly recommended.

I booked this beautiful Happy Valley home for me, my bridal party, and their SO’s to stay as we prepared for the big day. We had plenty of space for each person. The kitchen and living space was perfect for our size group (10).

Great for a large group

Perfect for a large group of people. Enough living space so that everyone is comfortable, and 7 bedrooms. Loved the layout. Well stocked and enough parking in driveway for 4 or 5 cars. Host was communicative and check in was seamless.

We had a lovely time visiting family. The home has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The kitchen, bathrooms, linens, and towels were nice and clean. There are two large dining tables and two comfortable seating areas. We had time and space to relax and enjoy family. Overall, a perfect place for our large family to gather.

Family time in Happy Valley

This home was spacious enough to accommodate all of our family on this trip. Beds and pillows were comfy. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Access to the washer and dryer with detergent provided was appreciated as well. The host was gracious and friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a large group!

This was the perfect place for our large extended family to gather. 7 bedrooms! 4 bathrooms! 2 large gathering areas connected to the kitchen. Plus a deck and large yard! It was exactly what we were looking for. And the location was terrific- conveniently close to I-5, and lots of restaurants and stores.
