As you arrive, the property rises three stories tall, framed by stonework, wrought-iron railings, and an eight-foot French entry door that sets the tone the moment you step inside. Brazilian cherry floors with custom inlays, travertine entry, crystal chandeliers, and wood shutters throughout create a warm yet refined atmosphere.

The heart of the home is the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. You’ll find Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf appliances including a steam oven, granite countertops, and a large island with seating. Pots, pans, spices, blender, coffee maker, and everything needed to host meals are provided—arrive ready to cook and gather.

Multiple living spaces make it easy for everyone to spread out. Two spacious family rooms, a formal dining room with seating for eight, and a breakfast nook off the kitchen and living room offer flexibility for meals, games, and conversation. A whole-home sound system and multiple fireplaces add comfort throughout.

Wildlife sightings are common—deer, rabbits, birds, and more—adding to the secluded feel while remaining close to everything. Parking is easy with a large driveway accommodating six to seven vehicles. Please note: stairs are required to reach the main level.
