The Space:

Mavila is a new community located inside the exclusive community of Quivira, surrounded by walking trails and beautiful gardens this "Village Concept" is perfect setting for a dream vacation.



"Sea Gem", is a ground floor 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo, that features the following:

- Open Concept Living & Dining Room beautifully decorated.

- Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

- Cozy and confortable Living area with Smart TV.

-The Master Bedroom is nicely decorated with its own private bathroom (double sink) and spacious closet. There is a king size bed. Smart TV and Blackout drapery.

-The second bedroom has two twin size beds and its own private bathroom.

- Condo very well equipped with beach towels, linens and cooking utensils.

- Nice entrance patio; overlooking the large community

- There is a Washer & Dryer in the private laundry room.

*We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as there is no transportation to nearby downtown, or to resorts. Also, UBER is not allowed inside the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town.

Guests will have access to Mavila Community pool (not heated) , jacuzzi, shaded seating, paths for walking and biking. That’s in addition to all of the luxury amenities available to guests throughout Quivira Los Cabos that include:

The Neighborhood:

Mavila is located within Quivira, an exclusive Luxury development just 20 min from downtown. Quivira sits on one of the best golf course in Latin America "Quivira Jack Nicklaus Signature Course and Near-by resorts: Pueblo bonito Sunset Beach which is a family friendly resort and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica which is an adults only resort . It is surrounded by a beautiful setting with Pacific Ocean Views.



Getting Around:

We strongly recommend our guests to rent a car, as transportation to nearby downtown, communities or resorts is limited to Taxis. UBER is not allowed into the community for pick-ups, however it is allowed for drop-offs if you take an UBER in town. Option to move inside Quivira community is by Taxi which usually charges $10 USD from Mavila to the resorts.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

Mavila is a brand new community, construction is on-going during the day from Monday-Friday (between 9a.m. and 5 p.m.) and Saturday (between 9 a.m. and 1p.m.) All amenities listed herein are completely finished and the noise does not bother most people staying at this condo.

Mavila is a NON smoking community, smoking or vaping is NOT allowed in any common areas, including pool and green areas. Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed. Please be careful, any cigar burn or damage will be deducted from security deposit.



In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
