A cute and cozy cottage set on a huge lot on a quiet cul-de-sac, an easy walk to all the Edmonds has to offer. Inside you will be welcomed with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and open floor plan and a chef's kitchen. The energy efficient heat pump doubles as an air conditioner in the summer and a cozy gas fireplace as well as heaters in every room will keep you warm on cold winter nights.
