Welcome to Wren 106! Enjoy our ground floor, 1120 sq. ft, 2/2 end unit with spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen & dining area, all within walking distance to ski/bike mountain. Shuttle stops in front of our building. This condo was fully renovated as of late 2019, providing current finishes and amenities.

Once you enter our ground-floor unit, you are received in a small foyer with 3 steps down. We provide coat hooks with a shelf for your winter gear. Mountain bikes may be stowed in this area, but we request guest bring their own yoga mat, towels or blankets to protect flooring and to collect bike mud and debris. We include one wall-mount bike rack in this area.

For you Skiers, Boarders, and Bikers, we have a private, exterior storage room just outside the front door of the condo to the right. Convenient for your storage of skis, boards, bikes and all the extra stuff that comes with them. This 5’ x 7’ room has a dedicated baseboard heater and a bench which makes it easy to take your boots on and off. There is a rack to hang boards and skis and several bike hanging racks. Both walls on left and right are covered with hooks to hang poles, jackets, bibs, gloves, pads, helmets, caps, etc. The door has an electronic lock so your gear is safe and no need to try to keep up with a key. NOTE: door to this room should always remain closed with the baseboard heater on to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting.

When you enter the condo, to your right is the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes two twin-over-queen timber bunkbeds with hybrid mattresses and soft bedding. Included is a closet, dresser drawers and lounge chair. The Bunk Room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.

To the left of the entryway, and down the hall from the Bunk Room, is the hallway bedroom with a king bed, dresser and full-sized closet.

The hallway full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, but is not an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also features a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.

Both bedrooms include cheerful carpeting. The remainder of the home is outfitted with new luxury vinyl plank floor with area and runner rugs.

Both bathrooms included plush, oversized bath sheets, guest towels and washcloths, along with a starter kit including travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand and bath soap.

Continue down the hallway and you enter an open kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen features granite counters, a single stainless steel sink with disposal, dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave hood vent and refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker.)

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, programmable 7 qt crockpot, placemats for 10, blender and coffee maker with 12 cup pot. Starter pack of coffee/tea, creamer, sweeteners and filters are provided, along with a starter roll of paper towel. We provide everything you need to prepare big family meals - just bring your groceries, beverages and your favorite spices!

The kitchen also features a large granite island, perfect for preparing and serving meals. We offer island power for those who need a laptop/work touchdown area.

Adjacent to the island is a dining table with a dining bench and cushions on one side, 3 bright yellow backless stools on the other, and two dining chairs on the end. Plenty of seating for up to 8 for meals, puzzles and games.

The living area features an easy, no-mess gas fireplace which puts out a lot of heat, in addition to electric wall and ceiling heaters (controlled by thermostat.) We have 2 leather loveseats, a microfiber couch, 2 leather floor poufs and 2 cushions at the fireplace for ample seating.

The 55" SmartTV, games, playing cards and throw blankets will keep you entertained and cozy. Access your personal Amazon or Netflix account via the complimentary wifi.

Off of the living room is a small covered patio, perfect for warmer days and seeing what's going on in the neighborhood.

The winter shuttle stops immediately in front of the Wren. During the summer season, we are an easy walk to the lift for hiking, biking, ziplining, and just up the road from Solar and Sendero hiking trails. Please see our Guidebook for more of the year-round activities available in our area.

All windows and doors have been upgraded to triple-pane, high efficiency units, along with all new electric heaters throughout. You should be snug as a bug, but we also provide an extra blanket in each bedroom, in addition to the fluffy down-alternative duvets and fleece blankets on each bed.

Open parking is in a paved parking lot just a few steps from our unit. The parking lot is reserved for the Wren, but does not offer reserved spots.

Our unit does not include washer/dryer. Should you need a laundry during your stay, we suggest the Aspen Gold Laundromat just down the road where a change machine, detergent machine and numerous washer/dryers are available for approximately $3 / load.

Wren 106 is located in one of two buildings. Our unit is an end unit, which provides more windows. You will have one neighbor to the side, and a neighbor above.
