Discover the lake, the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
This apartment can accommodate 4 people on the ground floor.
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has 2 single beds. You can enjoy the balcony after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Senseo coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the toilet are separate.
A fan is available in each room.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 10 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

TrĂšs bel appartement situĂ© dans Annecy le vieux (Ă ne pas confondre avec le vieil Annecy) . Correspond parfaitement Ă lâannonce ( propre, fonctionnel, bien Ă©quipĂ©).
Résidence calme avec commerces à proximité.
Une place de parking dans la résidence est toujours disponible, ce qui est un plus.
ProcĂ©dures dâarrivĂ©e et de dĂ©part faciles, le personnel est agrĂ©able et arrangeant.
La rĂ©gion est magnifique. On ne sây ennuie jamais entre sorties sportives, culturelles, shopping, resto, balades âŠ.
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons ce logement.

ArrivĂ©e facilitĂ© (nous avons pu prendre le logement plus tĂŽt car disponible) avec un accueil agrĂ©able. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Parking gratuit avec toujours une place disponible. Commerces Ă proximitĂ©. ProcĂ©dure de dĂ©part simple et rapide. On ne sâennuie jamais Ă Annecy et ses environs : multitude dâactivitĂ©s sportives (randonnĂ©es magnifiques, balades Ă vĂ©lo, sports nautiquesâŠ) culturelles (visites de chĂąteauxâŠ), boutiques (dans le vieil Annecy et autour), nombreux restaurants proposant les spĂ©cialitĂ©s locales ou non. Bref, nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour et nous recommandons ce logement.

FidÚle à l'annonce, le logement est trÚs propre, refait récemment avec qualité.
Proche du lac, légÚrement excentré par rapport à la vieille ville mais encore une fois pas de surprise c'est bien expliqué dans l'annonce. Je recommande sans hésiter.
