A beautiful Périgord shop awaits you in the heart of the town of Bergerac, 5 minutes from the train station, close to the vineyards of Monbazillac, Lake Pombonne, Sarlat and 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms as well as a lighted veranda for your evenings. Note that in case of high heat the veranda is unusable.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas piano, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and the necessary crockery.

You can also enjoy a games room in the cellar, with table football, a dart board, and a chess board.
