Great little place! We LOVED the neighborhood. Explored all the places to eat and drink. The close by park was perfect for taking a dog walk. Would absolutely stay again!
Super clean and convenient to the airport. We had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Location provided several good food options. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

The location of the property was great and such a fun property to stay in. Only downfall is the on street parking wasn't the easiest but I'd stay here again.
The stay was easy, comfortable and very nice. The place was really cute and functional - just what was needed for one person needing a nice place for sleeping, a few meals and quiet place to work. Would definitely stay here again.

We are so happy you loved staying at Blockhouse Life! Thank you again for letting us host you and we are definitely looking forward to hosting you again!
Cute accommodations and Sammy is an outstanding host. We enjoyed the neighborhood and this modern and fun studio. We will definitely be back when we are in Spokane.
Wonderful place located near food, drinks and markets. The room was clean and the staff were friendly andcrespectful. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to others. I absolutely loved the pizza place 100 feet from us and the brewery that was even closer!!
Sammy was a super host who went above and beyond in their hospitality and communication. When we had to change the dates of our trip, Sammy was so helpful and responsive to our needs. And the apartment itself was perfect for our weekend trip to Spokane. Being literally in the middle of the Perry neighborhood made our stay fun and special. Would definitely book again.
Stayed one night on a cross country trip with my wife and dog. Quaint and elegant little unit in a beautiful PNW city. Love the design, and immaculate condition. Had a several hours to wander the neighborhood, which has so much to offer. Friendly people, coffee shops, breweries, bars and great restaurants, all on par with any favorite neighborhood in any PNW city. Perfect location for exploring the best neighborhood in Spokane.

Nice! Properly lighting on steps outside at night.
Small but fully functional. Excellent & kind hosts. Great location, walkable & on the #45 bus route. Gourmet pizza place next door, and across the street is sports bar/pub (great burgers), a cafe, and a microbrewery. A few other miscellaneous shops in the village too. Lots of booze & snacks at the Hico Gas Station next door, but groceries & fresh food needs a trip of a mile or more either up the hill (South) to Safeways & Trader Joes etc on the bus route, or same distance on the flat & across the ravine (north) to Fred Meyers near I90. The hosts were extremely welcoming, responsive, accommodating & kind. They kept the place clean, tidy, peaceful, and functional, and really stayed on top of leaves & snow clean up. We would definitely return to stay again. The leafy street & squirrels are lovely.
Very cute place. Well kept community. It was quiet and close to everything we needed. The Shop is across the street. Coffee was great. Plenty of food options to walk to. Street parking was easily accessible. We had a little trouble working the heating unit, but had a speedy response and someone at our door to help us within minutes. It's definitely a tiny house, but we didn't feel cramped or lacking for space.
