Walk to parks, coffee shops, or drive to work at the hospital in a few minutes, or downtown in 5. This place has been a quiet oasis for many nurses and out of town doctors. This quiet and safe home offers 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, with an updated and bright kitchen and bath. Large bonus room upstairs and unfinished and open basement if you like to workout from home

Great place, clean, well thought out sundries and comfortable beds, chairs, loft furniture. Excellent contact with owner and check in/out process was simple. Keyless entry functioned nicely. Will rent again.

We stayed here whileMy dad was at sacred heart in critical condition. We wanted a “home away from home” and that’s exactly what this home was. We were 5 mins from the hospital and could come and go for meals and walks in the park. Huckleberries was a staple for many meals as were a few lovely places downtown. I can’t thank Evan enough for his patience and hospitality in a very stressful time. We felt so much better having a warm and comfortable environment each night to come home too. We could cook and enjoy meals at home as well as grab food and bring it back and enjoy at the house. Each room was so cozy and all beds so comfortable!
