INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHECK-OUT AND FINAL DEPARTURE
1. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM.
2. Please leave all used beds unmade.
3. Gather the towels and place them in the laundry room. Start a wash of towels. This helps our cleaner get the cabin ready for the next guest. If time, place in the dryer.
4. Load the dishwasher, start it, and the cleaner will put them away. Remove food from the fridge, freezer, and cupboards.
5. Please remove all garbage from the cabin and put it in the designated garbage cans outside next to the garage. Pick up is on Tuesday.
6. Shut and lock windows and doors. To lock the door on your way out, just press the lock button on the keypad.
7. Leave a comment in our guest book. This makes us happy to know about you and your stay.
8. Make sure to leave a 5-star review. This would help with our bookings.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Starting a load of laundry helps the cleaner get a head start on completing it before the next guest arrives at 4:00 pm.
Do not pull the pillow shams or mattress pads.
Place the TV controls on the couch table. Return things the way you found them. Shut windows and doors, push the SCHLAGE button to lock.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest is required to sign a Renter Agreement. Security Deposit Required of $300. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 24 hours after booking. For last-minute reservations, agrmnt must be signed before check-in info will be sent.
NO Smoking. NO pets. NO parties/events. Quiet Hours are from 10PM - 8AM.

We loved the location. It provided privacy, but was also an easy drive to Yellowstone. The host, Robyn, was fantastic. She communicated clearly, and answered my questions promptly. Would definitely recommend this property!

PERFECTION!!! This is a fabulous home. Very clean. Wonderful layout — downstairs has a great open layout with kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs has super bedrooms, TV room and bathroom layout. Our daughter was in heaven with her upstairs world of her own. All furnishings and amenities in the home were great. Wonderful, relaxing, peaceful setting. We loved it and are trying to figure out a way to take it with us to future vacation locations. A total winner.

Great Getaway

We stayed at this cabin in the woods near Island Park. It was beautiful! The cabin was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty close to Yellowstone and other recreation areas. We would stay at this cabin again in a heartbeat!

The cabin is secluded and comfy. The amenities were great for the 10 of us staying there. We got to meet the hosts in person and they are amazing. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get to Island Park, make a trip to Yellowstone, or just wanting to get up in the mountains.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were here in the summer during our Yellowstone/Tetons trip, although I could see that it would be a fantastic winter getaway. The house is very clean and modern, with so many cute and cozy touches to make it feel homey. The fire pit is a great perk. The driveway is big enough for a little football. And the back porch is amazing for morning coffee. Couldn't be happier.

Yellowstone Family Trip

This was a great cabin nestled outside of West Yellowstone (30 minutes). We loved the thoughtfulness of the cabin-it had everything we needed! From tape to kitchen supplies, we were set. The cabin was roomy and we loved the separation in rooms (upstairs/downstairs). We did have an ant problem (ants everywhere in the bathrooms and laundry room/water heater closet) and I contacted the host. He came out and sprayed and left ant traps. It resolved the problem and his quick response and solution was appreciated!

Great place and clean

Great, clean place though it’s a bit of a distance from the west gate YNP- though we knew that when we booked. The only surprise was that we were expected to haul out our own trash - and the place to take it to is closed Wednesday and Thursday- which we happen to be checking out on. The house rule book says that to plan accordingly if checking out on those days- not sure how that’s possible since we didn’t know about it till we got there. We just chose to pay the $35/- charge for not taking out the garbage with us. Having said that, it’s a great place with a lot of beds, fairly clean and well maintained.

Our stay was memorable and exceeded all expectations! The cabin was neat, clean, and well stocked. It served as our base for exploring Yellowstone. Fantastic Cabin

The property manager Ty was so great to work with. Any questions I had he got right back to me. This cabin in stocked! Griddle, insta pot, lots of pots and pans etc. The cabin has hardwood floors everywhere which is so nice because it makes it feel so clean. Beds were comfy and the couch was huge. I think it’s even cuter in person. Happy campers for sure. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time! There was plenty of space to accommodate our group. We appreciated the extra amenities, such as toys for the children, family games, and a video gaming system. The manager was very responsive and when we had a small issue it was quickly addressed and fixed. Loved the service!

Loved the home itself but steep cleaning fee

The 4 of us stayed here for 7 nights. Staying in the house was cozy and peaceful. We received a bag of m and m's on our arrival however the reason for the 4 stars is because of the extremely steep cleaning fee. The check-out requires the beds to be stripped, dishes to be cleaned and running in the dishwasher and to take your trash to the trash center which is ~5minutes away by car (which at the gate costs money to drop the trash off). I am usually ok with doing these tasks so that it speeds up the housekeeping process for staff but when we are charged more on top of it, it just doesn't make sense.

Great stay for visiting West Yellowstone

The cabin was exactly as advertised, large and accomodating. We only had three people in our group but the cabin could easily accomodate many more without feeling crowded. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook, plenty of towels and other amenities provided and the washer/dryer was easy to use. WiFi/internet quality was excellent. The property is nicely secluded in the woods and an easy 20 minute drive from the west entrance to Yellowstone. The only minor quibble I had was instructions for removing trash -- their is a close-by landfill but it seems designed for bulk disposal, not the one or two bags of garbage we had to dispose of. Still, that was no big deal. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for anyone with a decent sized group looking to visit this beautiful area. We saw lots of moose nearby our cabin while driving back and forth in the evening - it's a great spot. One of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in.

Nice secluded cabin in the woods

The cabin is just as advertised and very nice. Plenty of bedding, towels, dishes and everything we needed. If I was to criticize anything it would be use caution when navigating to it with GPS. We were directed in via ATV trail that was a bit rugged and narrow. As you approach turn left on road 3940 and it is a well groomed dirt road.

Yellowstone Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Island park cabin. The kids lived the bunk beds on the loft. Our son wanted to share that it was perfect and stocked with everything you needed, he especially liked that it came with legos and even a Wii even though we could not figure out how to get oast the passcode lock to play it. It was the thought that counted. Everything was grest and we would definitely recommend this place!

We loved our stay. The place is huge and set back in the woods. Very nice place. Our only complaint is that there is only one window that opens upstairs which makes it hard to cool the upstairs with the summer heat. Make plans to kayak the river close by so you can see moose! A definit highlight!

With over 26 years of experience teaching Family and Consumer Sciences, she is passionate about helping individuals and families build confidence in cooking, meal planning, and essential home skills. A graduate of Ricks College and Brigham Young University, Robyn has combined her love of food and teaching into several successful ventures, including Snoasis (a shaved ice business), SodaVine in Rexburg, and Soda Co in Island Park — all of which have since been sold as she and her husband now enjoy retirement while continuing Property Management and staying at our family cabin in Island Park.
Eric has worked as a Plant Manager at Basic American Foods in Rexburg, graduated from BYU in Biological Sciences and Math. They both cherish time with their family. Together, they are devoted to their 9 children, spouses, and 37 grandchildren. Eric enjoys fishing, hunting, pickleball, golfing, reading, and floating the Snake River in his fishing boat, while Robyn stays active with pickleball, golfing, horseback riding, water and snow skiing, boating, kayaking, traveling, and planning adventures together.
They reside in Rexburg and especially treasure time spent at their cabins, where they host reunions and create lasting memories with friends and family. Robyn finds great joy in strengthening families through food, faith, and shared experiences, and she remains dedicated to inspiring others to live meaningful, joy-filled lives.
