This garden view three bedroom, two bathroom townhome offers a king bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom. This home has two stories with only the master bedroom and bathroom on the second story. The living area, dining room, guest bedrooms and guest bathroom with laundry are located on the main entry level. There are four televisions located in the following rooms: Living room, master bedroom, and both guest bedrooms. This property has a back patio with BBQ, table, and chairs. Washer and dryer in the home. Enclosed garage. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards are provided. Enjoy the amenities of Seabluffe: two pools, one heated year round with a hot tub, four tennis courts, four pickleball courts, half basketball court, child play area, and private stairs to the beach.
