Beautiful Cliff-Top Condo in Gated Seabluffe Community with private beach access just a few units south. Seabluffe Community has two Pools with Spa, tennis court, playground, pedestrian access next to Grandview Beach onto Neptune Ave for a bike ride or stroll downtown Encinitas and Moonlight Beach. Ponto Beach is just north of the community.

This 1,467sq/ft. two bedroom +loft, cliff-top condo has a huge glass patio deck overlooking the Pacific perfect for watching the sunset and BBQing.
A home away from home, featuring everything you need on your stay.
Amenities include:
• A full kitchen and bar with island and dining area looking out to the private landscaped patio area (with fountain and shower) also open to the dining room and living room leading out onto the ocean-view deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with dish-ware, cleaning supplies, and all needed appliances.
o You will also find a handy “welcome booklet” with everything you need to know about the condo and surrounding area (restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, medical needs, etc.)
o Living room includes a Smart-TV for you to log-in to Netflix, Amazon, etc. as well as Cox-Cable, and sound bar.
• The master bedroom with King bed also has access to the ocean deck, a cable and streaming TV, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a double-sink and a spacious shower with double shower heads.
• The other bedroom with queen bed is next to the kitchen and entrance in the same hall as another full bathroom with washer/dryer.
• Up a few steps there is an office/den area with a desk and window looking out to the ocean. Here you will find a computer with internet access, TV, Playstation, games, books, etc. all for your use. The “kids” loft has futons for afternoon naps and a big, comfy beanbag.
* You are able to fit your car in the garage, where you will find a plethora of beach accessories (boogie boards, surfboard, snorkeling gear, fishing poles, beach toys, umbrella, chairs, etc.) Everything unlocked in the garage may be used.

Beautiful house and location

Family has been coming to the area for years and this was by far our favorite. Beautiful location to enjoy the ocean from the rocks, patio, or living room. Home was spacious and had all accommodations we could think of for our family of five. Jodi was extremely accessible throughout the trip.

Beautiful hone and great location

The home is beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. It was fun sitting on the balcony watching the surfers, looking for dolphins and enjoying the sunsets. The house is stocked with everything you will need and the property manager, Jodi is great.very accommodating. We will be back on the future. manager

Beautiful place

The condo was beautiful and spacious and perfect for our multi-generational family. The condo is stocked with everything you may need and was the ideal location for all our outings. The balcony overlooking the ocean was spectacular. Highly recommend this condo!

Perfect views and comfortable condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well equipped and spacious for 5 adults. Views are amazing! We could sit on the patio and watch the surfers and listen to the ocean for hours! The only “know before you go” is that there is very little beach here at high tide. But for our group that walked the beach early in the morning then surfed the rest of the day this wasn’t an issue. If you want sand play for littles all day long you’ll have to drive and park at one of the public beaches. We would definitely choose this beautiful condo again!

I miss that Encinitas sunset!

My family and I have stayed at a few different town homes in the SeaBluff subdivision, but this unit has become our favorite so far. It is literally a 20 second walk to the stairs from the unit, which was a big plus for us as we surf, paddle board and body board down at the beach. The less time and effort it takes to get there the better! And the beach is wonderful and uncrowded compared to many SoCal beaches. My daughter and I took a few surf lessons from Surfin Fire Encinitas, which sets up on South Ponto beach to the north of SeaBluff. A great place to learn to surf-soft sandy bottom, good beach break on the south end. There is also a Roberto's Taco shop right next door on the 101, as well as Leucadia Donut shop. The Taco Stand is also a short drive away. The area has a great old school California vibe. This unit has been nicely renovated, with an open, well stocked kitchen, travertine and hardwood floors, updated baths and quality interior furniture and patio furniture. The entire home was well stocked with all the necessities one would need for a weeks stay. In the garage there were also many beach toys (surf boards, paddle board, body boards) for our use. The oceanfront views from the patio were excellent and the lounge chairs a welcome restful retreat at the end of a busy day playing at the beach or after coming home from an excursion in San Diego. There were plenty of beach towels and the full size washer and dryer were so convenient. My only suggestions for improvement would be replacing the master bedroom mattress with a more supportive one, providing some good quality beach chairs, and possibly adding A/C in the bedrooms. We were there end of July/early August and it was quite hot without it during the day and evening, even with the windows open and fans on. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would return again!

Everything was excellent

The condo is absolutely beach-front with stair-access just 2 minutes away. Views are awesome, furnishings are updated and in good condition. Kitchen is stocked well and we found everything in working order. The upstairs loft is a bit tricky for toddlers but great for kids that are confident enough to climb a few stairs. Management was friendly, check in and check out was very easy. - All in all, we loved our stay and hopefully we can come back soon.
