Stay in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park in the village of Saint-Sauves-d'Auvergne! This pleasant cottage, renovated in 2021, is adjoining the owner's house. On the same level, it consists of a large living room with open kitchen and pellet stove (pellets: 1 bag included, then 5 € / bag), a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bathroom. 'water and an independent toilet. We like: the beautiful light and the lovely view of the surrounding mountains and nature! Outside, you will enjoy a 60 m² terrace with a view of the Sancy massif, garden furniture and plancha! For your comfort, heating is included and sheets are provided. WIRELESS. Free public parking 20 meters or 150 meters away. Many leisure activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), La Bourboule spa resort, Mont-Dore ski resort, nautical base at La Tour d'Auvergne. Shops and services on site.
