Superb gîte ideally located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park, come and admire the magnificent landscapes of the Chaine des puys listed as World Heritage by Unesco and the Sancy massif! This independent single-storey house, built in 2017, offers maximum comfort and space for an unforgettable vacation! The cottage consists of a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms with a 140 bed each, a bedroom with two 90 beds (which can be joined), a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you will appreciate the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Unfenced land. (Exteriors being finished). Heating included. Parking in front of the gîte. Beds made on arrival. You will discover the many nearby activities: Romanesque church of Notre-Dame-d'Orcival, Château de Cordès, Roches Tuilière and Sanadoire, Lac Servières and its surprising charm: crater lake with its shores lined with forests, cross-country skiing at the Col du Guéry … Shops and services at Rochefort-Montagne 4,9 km.
