Nice apartment in a great location

Great apartment right in the centre of town. There was an excellent patisserie just a few steps away along with a nice, cosy cafe. Excellent location for sightseeing and there was lots of things to see and do. The apartment had everything we needed and Kent was lovely and really helpful. Highly recommended.

Falsely advertised. Unclean bed divets

The apartment was in a good location close to restaurants an d supermarket. There was no internet as advertised and response to this from host was disappointing. Overall the apartment was clean but duvets and pillow cases were not clean and in the second bedroom they were overwhelming with smells of stale sweat and body odour. Really repulsive.No instructions on how to use appliances particularly the washing machine which was very old and did not spin very dry. Plenty of cutlery and crockery.Just a 5 day stay spoiled by the disgusting duvets and mo wifi.Kerry

FAUX COMMENTAIRE QU'ABRITEL CAUTIONNE. Voyageurs de très mauvaise foi qui nous a bien confirmé qu'ils avaient passé un bon séjour. Évidemment, le linge de lit et de maison est nettoyé systématiquement. Le wifi est présent. Nous regrettons d'avoir accueilli ces voyageurs avec qui pourtant tout s'était très bien passé.

Nous sommes très très déçus de notre séjour. L'appartement et le mobilier sont vieillots et rafistolés au plus bas prix. Le prix de la nuit ne correspond absolument pas à la qualité proposée. Le matelas de la chambre principale est très inconfortable. Nous avons signalé les points dès notre arrivée et la conciergerie nous a répondu qu'ils "attendaient un retour du propriétaire"... Qui apparemment n'est jamais venu ! passez votre chemin, il y a bien mieux à Ouistreham.

Appartement à retenir +++

Appartement très bien situé dans Ouistreham, proche de tout sans prendre de voiture. Appartement très clair, très bien aménagé et parfaitement équipé. Petit balcon donnant sur l'arrière de l'immeuble agréable et ensoleillé l'après midi, on peut y manger et faire sécher les affaires de plage. C'est un excellent point de chute pour visiter les alentours (Caen, Junobeach, Bayeux etc).
