Rare Find! Entire 4 story home, fully renovated, in a great location!

*****No Senior weeks or Prom weekends*****

Our beach house is centrally located on the island. Once you pull in, you can park for the week and enjoy all the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere! We are a block and a half walk from the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury Avenue.
Our newly remodeled single family home is perfect for multiple families or large families. The ground floor family/game room has a sofa, sleep sofa, game table, Arcade game with 40 classic games, foosball, 65" TV and a full refrigerator. Sliders will lead you to the back patio with a fenced in yard for the kids to play in, dining area, gas grill and two outdoor showers. On the main floor there is a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room with seating for at least 10, plus an island that will allow for six additional seats. There is a laundry room and powder room off the kitchen.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms; two bedrooms with queen beds and balconies, one family bedroom that has a queen bed and a trundle bed and a master king bedroom with a private bath and balcony. There is a hall bathroom with tub.
The third floor has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen and single bed and the second bedroom has two double beds, a trundle and a view of the beautiful ocean! There is a large full shower one the top floor with a bench seat. Because it is a single family home, it allows a large family to spread out and relax, whether on the front porch, back patio, or large game/rec room.
For your convenience we supply 10 beach chairs and 10 beach tags. The garage is available for one compact car inside, one large vehicle behind the garage and there is free street parking.(non-metered)
There are plenty of activities in the town for you to enjoy, including miniature golf, a waterpark on the boardwalk, weekly farmer's market, or you can just enjoy a good book on the front porch swing. We hope you will choose to rest, relax and unwind with your family at our beach house! ( We do not supply linens, for linen service please contact OCNJ Shore Services. June through August are weekly rentals only and we do not rent for one night stays.)

Fantastic home, short walk to beach

This is a wonderful, clean, family friendly home that is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The location is very close to many great restaurants, rides, mini golf, ice cream, and more. We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great, comfortable stay with our large group with many families with young children.

The Perfect Stay for Exactly What We Needed

We were hosting a wedding in the area and needed accommodations for family and friends from out of town.The property was exactly as advertised, if not better! Kathy was very responsive and helpful, and we had all the required information up front. If you are visiting Ocean City, the location could not be any better.

Beautiful Beach getaway

The house is amazing and as described. We all had plenty of space to unwind and have fun. The games were great for laughs and fun on days we didnt go on the beach. The house is located close to the beach and boardwalk for quick easy access. Communicaiton was quick and helpful. We hope to be able to return again for another family getaway soon.

The home that made our trip!

This was our yearly family vacation with our two daughters, their husbands and our 6 grandchildren! This house was made for us! It was full of entertainment for the kids, lots of space for all to sleep and close to the boardwalk and beach! Katherine was an incredible host and answered questions beforehand and while we were there very promptly!

House was beautiful & comfortable. Plenty of room for 12 adults and 5 under 18 yrs old (incl toddlers). Plenty of amenities, close walk to beach and shops. The house is beautifully decorated. Family Vacation

We had a wonderful two weeks and are looking forward to our stay next year. We can’t imagine renting anywhere else at the beach. We enjoyed being together: preparing and eating meals, playing games, doing puzzles and just hanging out. The house is a short walk to the beach, boardwalk and the downtown shopping area. Amazing property

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Honestly the layout of the house was the best I’ve ever seen in OC! We had 15 people and I did not feel cramped or on top of each other at all. You couldn’t beat the location either , you can walk to everything! The owner was super quick to respond when I had a question and extremely nice. It was perfect , not one bad thing to say!!

Amazing week!

We had an amazing stay at Katherine’s property! The house itself is lovely throughout, gorgeous finishes, super clean, and wonderfully outfitted with everything you can imagine. We had 5 kids ranging from 10 months to 12 year - the various toys and board games in the basement were enjoyed by all. And the location is AMAZING. A mere block and half from the boardwalk. Couldn’t draw up a better spot! Don’t hesitate to book this property! It is really exceptional and you will love your time there. Thanks, Katherine, for a great week!

Excellent experience!!

We had a large group of many families with lots of kids. The house was MORE than accommodating. Everything was beautifully done and high quality. The rooms were spacious. We were nervous the nearby rides and boardwalk might keep the kids awake, but that was not a problem. Instead, it was great to be right in the middle of all the boardwalk has to offer. The host was quick to respond any time we had a question or clarification. Overall, one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed in!!

The property is amazing and perfect for a cousins vacation of 8 adults. The kitchen has everything you need to cook gourmet dinners each night as we did. Dining area perfect. We each had our own bedroom and a few shared a bathroom. The house is large enough to spend time together or if you need some alone time. Three outdoor seating areas were great and loved the outdoor shower. This is our second stay here and looking forward to our next visit.

This is the most family-friendly property in which I’ve stayed! My family stayed here for an annual reunion and we couldn’t have found a more perfect house. It was incredibly helpful that many beach chairs, sand toys, and a beach caddy were available for guests to use. Additionally, there were many games the whole family enjoyed and toys for little ones. We also enjoyed having a little backyard, something we don’t usually see in OCNJ. The location doesn’t get better, either. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and right in the middle of the boardwalk. You can’t go wrong picking this property for your beach vacation!

Best experience ever

This was an amazing house! It was clean and comfortable. The beds were great, there was ample sleeping room without feeling like we were on top of each other. The house is ADORABLE! There are friendly/family decorative touches everywhere making you feel even more cozy. This is one of the best houses in OC if you are a large group. There’s a “rec” basement great for kids! The host is friendly, has great communication and was so kind. We plan to return! Thank you for letting us make memories these girls (and their mamas) will remember forever.

Perfect family getaway!

We loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of 3 families with lots of littles. Excellent location, steps to the boardwalk and beach. Space is set up in a really smart way and we loved hanging out on the front porch. Would return again in a heartbeat!

Bach weekend

Katherine’s property was absolutely amazing for our combined bachelor/bachelorette weekend with a house of 16! Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and plenty of space for food and hanging out! The basement was so much fun with the entertainment and lead right out to the backyard! Location is unbeatable and the ambiance of the house was just amazing, such a cute wall for photo ops!! 10/10 recommend this house for big crews, we will 100% stay here again with a crowd!

Wedding Weekend we will never forget!

Katherine and her family provided us with an amazing house a block away from the beach where we got married on! My new wife and I will be trying to plan yearly trips back at this house if we are able to! It’s absolutely amazing from every aspect. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay!
