This beautiful, bright 2nd floor beach house with private elevator boasts a great room with vaulted ceilings, gas stone fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large front porch, and a private balcony off of the Primary Suite.

This shore house is fully furnished with new, solid wood, contemporary, comfortable beach furnishings. The kitchen is centered around a massive quartz island with overhead pendant lighting. It's fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flat wear, pots, pans, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, standard coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

A large portion of the front porch is roof-sheltered with a comfortable seating area. There is additional outdoor dining area open to the air.

The private elevator provides ease of access for luggage upon arrival as well as seamless entry for grandparents and those needing extra assistance.

Our home is conveniently situated on Ocean Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets at the edge of the Gardens just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (two short blocks and one long block). It's a 15-minute walk to the center of Ocean City's downtown shopping and restaurant district.

This spacious beach house is a "must-see" for families looking to rent an affordable, large home for vacation, but still have the convenience of walking to all of the Ocean City attractions. We even provide 8 beach tags and beach chairs for your family to use while here. This smoke-free, pet-friendly property will rent quickly!

The house was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Steve was a great host. He texted me prior to arrival and let me know he was available if we needed anything. He even came to shovel the snow for us in very cold and wet conditions. We would definitely return to this property.

We were looking for a nice place to spend Thanksgiving and this property is just what we were looking for. We needed a place that excepts dogs and had few steps. The instruction for accessing the house was outstanding and the property was exactly as described. All rooms had a big screen TV with a wide assortment of programming. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Steve was in contact through out our stay and even sent texts with what was happening over the Thanksgiving weekend.

Great Family Vacation

Steve is a fantastic host! The property is clean, in a great location, and overall beautiful! I highly recommend this place for families, it fit all 10 of us comfortably! 4 adults, 5 children (ages 2-14) and a spoiled French bulldog. We will definitely be back again!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The house was perfect for our annual family vacation! Great stay!

We had a great stay in OCNJ! The house worked out great for us. Easy walk to Browns and Ove’s for donuts and meals! We walked downtown, and the boards of course too (biked too!). Loved being able to bring our dogs too who enjoyed napping on the porch! Great porch to gather! Rooms, kitchen, etc all worked out great for our group! Great house rental for a multi gen family! Thank you!

Rainy getaway
