LA BAIE Villa is located in the charming village of Trou d'eau douce, on the east coast of the island and 10 minutes from Ile aux cerfs; The boat can pick you up at the private pontoon. You will be charmed by this unique and tranquil getaway and its extraordinary view.
Trou d'Eau Douce is a typical Mauritian village, preserved from tourism, even if it is less than 10 km from the best hotels of the island such as Saint Géran, Le Touessrok, Anahita, Belle Mare Plage, Four Seasons, Prince Maurice etc.

Villa THE BAY is a 160 m2 Duplex, part of the Roucas, 200 metres from the beach and also 400 metres from Trou d'eau Douce beach and 2.3 km from the white beaches of Palmar. This idylic villa has its own access to the sea through a private jetty where you can swim and snorkel. It is conveniently located 100 metres from the next store and 5 minutes from different mini markets and bazaars for fresh fruits and vegetables, restaurants and water activities; THE BAY shares a 17 metre infinity pool on a 4400 m property with two other villas. It also has its own garden area.

LA BAIE overlooks the 17 x 4.5 metre infinity pool and the Bay.
The first beach is 200 metres from the house and another beach is 400 metres from where you can take endless walks! First shopping centre and restaurant 100 metres from THE BAY in the village of Trou d'eau Douce. Others from 200 metres; Large Supermarket in Flacq, 10 km, 15 minutes by car.
Various famous golf courses are nearby, Anahita, The Link, Le Touessrok, Maritim, The Legend.
The rooms of THE BAY

Ground floor:
fully equipped kitchen, pantry, air-conditioned living room, dining room, guest toilet and veranda.

Ground floor:
• The master bedroom equipped with a king size bed and its en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
• The second bedroom with double bed
• Third bedroom with a king size bed - both sharing a shower and toilet.

Guest access
1-2 people will have access to a room.
3-4 people in 2 bedrooms.
5-6 people has 3 bedrooms;

There is an extra room in the basement, where there are 2 single beds, a bathroom and toilet that we can add on request for a group of 8 people.

Swimming pool:
17 metre infinity pool in front of the Villa. It is shared with 3 other parts.

Cleaning lady from Monday to Saturday, 4 am, for cleaning and making the beds, also preparing a meal a day if the hosts give her the groceries; (preparation of typical Mauritian cuisine). She also does the laundry. Possibility of childcare.

The Advantage of THE BAY

Besides the fantastic panoramic view, it is 45 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes from Port Louis (Capital) and 45 minutes from Grand Bay

A pleasant aspect of this villa is the possibility of being picked up on its own private pontoon to be taken by boat to Ile aux Cerfs. Island known for its beautiful white sandy beaches. Here you will find all the water sports and the 18-hole golf course, one of the most beautiful in the Indian Ocean. Water park only 10 minutes away. Not to mention, the endless white beaches of Palmar and Belle Mare and the turquoise sea.


Surroundings
In front of the Villa you will find one of the most beautiful snorkelling spots. To the right is a small fishing port with the possibility to buy fresh fish. To the left, 500 metres away, is a white sandy beach that can be reached on foot through the village. Various shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
