Pointe d'Esny, Charming 2 bedroom ground floor rental, close to the sea

Our creole style property LES CAZES DE CABANAC is found in the charming coastal village of Pointe d'Esny. It is a small complex consisting of 4 apartments. RAVENALE which is one of them is found on the GROUND FLOOR. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms and can accommodate up to four persons. The swimming pool, Parking space and garden is shared with the 3 other units. The beautiful beach and turquoise lagoon is less than 100 meters away and the access is through the owner's house just opposite, across the road. Daily cleaning service (except Sundays & public holidays) is provided at no extra cost. WIFI internet connection is available as well as TV with satellite channels (Mostly French channels but also BBC, Sports & music channels). All linen is provided and bed sheets, towels and beach towels are renewed twice a week.

NOTE: The price depends on the season, the number of persons and the number of rooms/beds utilized. Children accepted from 13 years old.

Great choice for a stay in Mauritius

The house ist located in a very attractive region of the island, nice area, marvellous beach across the road. Ingrid was very nice and welcoming, also very helpful. The staff were also very friendly. The house met perfectly the description. We had a rental car, which was a very good idea especially for a visit in the "winter", we had many wonderful excursions all over the island. This is really a great place for a visit to Mauritius,. Thanks again to Ingrid !

Wunderbare Unterkunft und exzellente Gastgeber

Sehr schöne und großzügige Unterkunft mit ausgesprochen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Alles war, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice ist sehr angenehm und komfortabel.Ingrid und Denis haben uns sehr unterstützt, waren immer freundlich und verfügbar und haben uns gute Tipps und Ratschläge für Ausflüge gegeben. Zum Empfang haben wir gekühlte Getränke im Kühlschrank vorgefunden und sehr leckeres Obst von der eigenen Plantage bekommen. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Die Bananen waren die besten, die wir je hatten.Der Strand, den man direkt über das gegenüberliegende Grundstück der Gastgeber erreichen kann ist wunderschön und super ruhig. Wir konnten wunderbar Schnorcheln und haben dafür Flossen von den Gastgebern ausgeliehen bekommen. Dort herrscht eine Strömung und ohne Flossen wäre es nicht so einfach möglich gewesen. Es gibt dort direkt viele Korallen und Fische zu sehen.Die Lage des Grundstücks ist sehr schön, es ist sehr ruhig und friedlich. In der Nähe gibt es ein Restaurant, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat und das man in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann.Obwohl man ganz im Süden ist kann man auch Ausflugsziele im Norden mit dem Auto sehr gut innerhalb einer Stunde erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man auch zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe sehr gut und schnell erreichen. Uns hat unser Urlaub und diese Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Wir haben 9 Nächte in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung verbracht und uns rundum einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Ein herzlicher Empfang, jederzeit ein offenes Ohr für Fragen, Tipps und Anregungen liessen uns die Zeit unbeschwert geniessen . Un paradis, propriétaires extra, quand on y va on y revient; c'est obligé.

Après un court séjour en 2012 ( 1 semaine ), oû nous avions trouvé l'endroit RAVENALE, parfait pour nous quatre, nous sommes revenus cette année pour quinze jours. Que dire dans le monde oû nous vivons et oû tout change si rapidement. Nous avons trouvé l'endroit aussi propre, bien entretenu, le paradis laissé en 2012 était toujours là, aussi bien que la première fois; propriétaires toujours aussi gentils, sy mpatiques, disponibles. Nous avons passé un séjour excellent. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr !!!

The property is more than we expected from the pictures, and the hosts are fantastic!

The hosts really helped when I got sick with the flu. The staff was very supportive and kept everything ship-shape. The location is perfect, right at en amazing quiet beach with a coral bank and tons of colorful fish that made snorkelling a real joy. We loved the whole set up!

Magnifique séjour !!!

Très belle location tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos! Les propriétaires Ingrid et Denis ont été très accueillant, toujours disponible et de très bon conseils pour découvrir et visiter leur magnifique île (chauffeur de taxi, sorties bateau, transfert aéroport....). Les 9 nuits passées dans cette location ont été parfaites. Cette escale à pointe d'esny restera un souvenir inoubliable pour nous. Très bien situé : 50 m de la plage de pointe d'Esny et 15 min à pied de celle de blue bay et du magnifique parc marin. Proche de toutes commoditées (courses, restaurants, arrêts de bus). A 5 min en voiture de Mahébourg où un marché est présent tous les jours + la foire le lundi. Un grand MERCI a Ingrid et Denis pour leur gentillesse et pour nous avoir accueilli dans cette superbe location. Si nous en avons la possiblité, nous reviendrons vous voir avec plaisir. Restez tel que vous êtes.

Vacances tip top

Nous avons passé 10 jours à la Ravenale et avons été très bien accueillies par Ingrid et Denis. La maison est super,calme et tranquille avec un beau jardin et une piscine. Pour aller à la plage il suffit de traverser la rue et de faire 30 mètres. Soleil, plage, et un peut de pluie pour rafraîchir le tout. Visite de l'île avec notre chauffeur Mallek et balade en catamaran sur des eaux cristallines avec barbecue en prime (super!!!!!). C'est sur que nous reviendrons (quand nous ne savons pas mais le plus tôt possible). PS: merci aussi aux femmes de ménage, Ella, Joanne, Joëlle et Georges le jardinier Nath et Marie Claude

SUPERBE SEJOUR

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances : l'accueil est chaleureux. Le logement est très confortable, le jardin paradisiaque et Georges, le jardinier, et son équipe sont aux petits soins : pain à demeure tous les matins, mangues, ... Les propriétaires Ingrid et Denis sont charmants, présents mais très discrets. L'emplacement est très agréable : la visite de l'île peut se faire avec un chauffeur de taxi ou en louant une voiture (Ingrid nous a bien aidé pour trouver à la dernière minute un véhicule !). Le lagon est magique ! Nous avons adoré nos vacances !!

Top woning

De beschrijving van de woning is 100 % naar waarheid. De woning is super schoon en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar was altijd bereid om vragen te beantwoorden en kwam regelmatig informeren of alles naar de zin was. De tuinman bracht op verzoek s' morgens verse broodjes en kwam regelmatig iets lekkers brengen. De medewerkers zorgden tip top voor een schoon huis en elke dag opgemaakte bedden en regelmatig schone lakens en badhanddoeken. we werden zo verwend dat zelfs de afwas werd gedaan. De kokkin van het huis zorgde voor maaltijden waar een restaurant niet aan kan tippen. Bovendien was het zoveel dat we er twee dagen van konden eten. We kunnen dit iedereen aanbevelen, We hebben ons kostelijk vermaakt. Er is genoeg te beleven en te zien als je een taxi huurt, wat overigens bijna niks kost. Aanrader is een dolfijnen tocht, we hebben twee uur lang kunnen zwemmen met grote groepen dolfijnen in kristalhelder zeewater.
