Bikers Welcome, Covered Parking! PCB Events

Kick off your shoes and slide into your flip-flops to come visit our 2BR/2BA Gulf front condo. Enjoy the 20th floor view overlooking the Emerald Waters and White Sugar Sand from the balcony that extends the full width of the condo.

Watch the beautiful sunsets or wake up to the waves with access from either the Master BR w/ King size Bed or the Living Room with a Queen size sleeper sofa. A second BR with a Queen bed is also available and each bedroom has its own TV, dine at the breakfast bar or the dining room table with food you prepare in the fully stocked kitchen (with new appliances) or bring back to go food to heat up later. You are also right next door to the infamous “Schooners” – The Last Local Beach Club, so a walk across the sand next door can provide great food and cold cocktails.

The master bathroom and second bathroom provide full size showers and there is also a washer and dryer in the unit to minimize what you need to pack. Seychelles has two pools (one heated) as well as a Hot Tub and directly steps out to the beach where Lounge Chairs and Umbrella services are available for a nominal cost. There are also jet-skis, parasailing and banana boat rides available and competitively priced. Don’t forget your work out clothes to run on the beach or use the Fitness Center on the property (no additional charge), and of course your flashlight for after dark crab hunting while enjoying the tropical night breeze and the crashing waves.

Perfect location for beach vacay

The property is adorable and has everything you need for a week at the beach. The view is incredible every morning and the sunsets were insane. Highly recommend for family of 4.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. The weather was beautiful. The only downside was when we got there there was only one parking pass and we needed 2. For what we were paying I was disappointed to learn they were going to charge another $25.00 for a parking pass for a 2 bedroom condo. Luckily my daughter rented a 1 bedroom unit and hers came with 2 passes so we used hers.

Couldn’t be happier. Condo was exactly as advertised. Only thing that could be better is both pools and hot tubs were heated instead of just 1 of each. Other than that the short walk to the beach was perfect.

Amazing

Everything was absolutely amazing. Check in and out was easy and the host was an email away if we needed anything and was super helpful when we asked about were we should snorkle. The view was breathtaking. There were sand toys and boogie boards we could use, if we wanted. Restraunts close by along with grocery stores. It was really nice that this condo was a lil ways from the pier so at night you didn't have all the lights from all the other condos. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and if I could afford it I'd move into a condo on the property, was very well taken care of and everyone was super friendly. The beach isn't very crowded like I've seen in some places.. Definitely recommend staying here!! Your missing out if you pass up this place.

Great panoramic view of the ocean and sunsets! On the quieter, less touristy end of Panama City. The state park nearby was very pleasant. The master bed in the condo was very hard, so just know that, if you’re used to memory foam, it will not feel very comfy to you. There weren’t any extra blankets provided either, or sound machines, so if you need those, bring them yourself. There’s plenty of room for two pack n plays in the master bedroom! I was so happy about that. The blackout curtains in the master bedroom were great, too. And nice water pressure and temperature in the showers. The second bedroom is very small, almost no extra room beyond the bed itself. On the balcony, we smelled marijuana smoke every day, wafting from some other condo, which rushed inside whenever we opened the sliding door and made it unpleasant to be on the deck, but of course that’s not the host’s fault. All in all, we’d stay here again. And the host was extremely communicative, which I really appreciated.

Million Dollar View

This place was AMAZING! Everything we needed was available when we arrived. Although not physically present, Cat's presence was felt befor and after check-in. She made certain we had the information needed to locate and enter the condo, followed up to make sure we arrived without issue, and to let us know if we needed anything, we could call or text her. Of course, we didn't need anything because the condo had it all. It was truly spectacular. Being on the 20th floor gives you a view from the master bedroom and living room of nothing but ocean, you have to walk out and look over the balcony to see anyone else...it was SO PEACEFUL and the view of the sunsets from that balcony are truly priceless! There is something healing about them. We used the fitness center which had everything we needed, we enjoyed the pools, rode the Jet Skis, took a Sunset Cruise and a Dolphin Tour with the Island Time crew, we shopped Pier Park, and we even found one of PCB's hidden gems, "Moe's Original Barbecue" on Front Beach Road, if you blink, you will miss it, but they are worth turning back around for, as they make everything fresh daily, and the food is packed with that homecooked flavor (also when it's gone, it's gone, so don't wait too late!). We love Seychelles and will definitely consider this property when we return next year! Also, Schooners being next door is SO convenient when you want to grab that Island Girl drink and sit out back to watch the sunset. Until next year....

Great Beach Vacation

Beautiful condo on the 20th floor. It was the perfect set up for my husband, teenage son, and myself. The balcony off the master bedroom was really a treat. The second bedroom with a wall mounted TV was perfect for the teenager. Condo was clean and had everything we needed! Our host, Cathleen was so attentive and easy to work with. We would love to return!

Great condo!

We had a change of plans about 3-4 weeks on our vacation. Almost everything was already rented or overpriced but we found this condo and booked it immediately. Condo is located on the quieter end of PCB and we loved it! Condo had everything we needed. Owner was great to work with and quick to respond with questions. We loved it and we would definitely stay here again!
