Beautifully decorated with coastal decor creating a welcoming atmosphere. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or watch the sunset! Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials for your stay. This condo will sleep up to six with master king bed, bunks and sleeper sofa. This is in a prime location with boating activities, marina, dining and entertainment. St. Andrews State Park is less than a mile walking distance. Seychelles amenities offer two pools (one heated), hot tub, beach access, on-site parking and complimentary wifi.

Great condo! considerate set up w all the necessary house hold items. Cutie decorations and very comfortable king size bed. 2nd floor made it easy to watch the teens in the pool from the balcony and enjoy the great ocean views.

This unit was perfect for us! Very clean and well apportioned! Great location! The pool area was nice and the beach is less than 40yds from the pool deck and showers. Very convenient to the marina and state park. Several good restaurants within minutes of the complex.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this unit! It was also convenient to restaurants and attractions. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, we never had trouble with waiting on the elevator or had trouble with parking. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great location away from the Spring Break chaos. Seemed like mainly families in this area. Very close to St. Andrews State Park which is best for shell hunting. Easy parking and access to room and beach/pool. Wish both pools were heated and that there were 2 hot tubs but the heated pool and hot tub were a nice option since the ocean in late March is chilly. Condo was as pictured-clean, nicely maintained and quiet. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Loved being able to walk next door to Schooners for a quick lunch or late dinner.

As a native of Panama City, I've always enjoyed our beaches and community. My family has been involved in our unique area and with helping develop a good rapport with our seasonal guests and vacationers. We hope you enjoy our beautiful beaches as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Location is important and because the east end of the beaches are quiet and near one of the most pristine state parks (St. Andrews), this is why I selected Seychelles. As I described in the advertisement, this complex is near most of our recreational boating facilities as well as popular restaurants too making it a plus!

What makes this property unique

Seychelles is a smaller complex yet offers great amenties! When you're finished soaking up some sun, swimming the aqua beaches or hanging at the pool or hot tub, one can enjoy the gym located on the top floor of the garage parking.
