Main House Improvements: freshly painted exterior (2020), New Yorker, Becket Burner Oil heating system (2019), Zero Clearance Wood Fireplace, Harvey & Anderson windows, cedar closets, workshop area,& outbuildings. Winter -- cross country ski, snow shoe, ice skate, and snow sled. Summer -- swim, kayak, paddle board, motor boat, or try the rope swing across the pond. There's plenty of room on the 2.43 acre lot to build campfires, pitch tents, pick raspberries and blueberries, and watch the resident Bald Eagles soar.
