Skylight Retreat Falcon

Wifi now available. Skylight Retreat is a light and airy, fully equipped 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms that can easily accommodate 2 families. The open living area has two wonderful skylights and a split system air conditioning unit that will keep you cool in summer and warm/cosy in winter. In the lounge area there is plenty of seating including beanbags, along with two cupboards with jigsaws, games and books. The huge 8 seater dining table definitely caters for all guests and the well appointed kitchen won’t disappoint.

Skylight Retreat has also had ducted reverse cycle air conditioning installed for all year comfort in all rooms.

The estuary is less than 100m away making water activities (crabbing, fishing and kayaking) that much easier. The pathways along the estuary are perfect for that morning or evening walk/bike ride.

Falcon Bay beach is only a few minutes drive and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the water. Grassed areas with covered seating, BBQ facilities, ammenities and the wonderful Falcon Bay Beach Cafe, means it is easy to spend an entire day there.

An easy walk to Miami Plaza Shopping Centre, Cobblers Tavern, Miami Bakehouse, plus many other restaurants, cafes and takeaway outlets makes Skylight Retreat’s location perfect.

The property was clean and very uncluttered which was very helpful with the elderly person being able to get around the furniture and not banging into things. Good size shower in the ensuite for her. Beds were comfortable linen clean. Really just a beautiful clean quiet place to be able to relax .

Booked skylight retreat accommodation for a week whilst me and my worker were working down in Falcon to save us driving back to Perth every day. Amazing little home, well equipped and super neat and tidy! Really close to the shops and a stones throw from the river. Will definitely book again if we have any more work down there.

Perfect starter

Very spacious house with all the necessities you require, especially the central heating. We recently emigrated and booked the falcon retreat for a month while we find our feet and look for a long term rental. It was the perfect start for us and it's close to the beach, parks and shops. Will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in the Mandurah area.

Light and bright. Clean, comfortable had everything we needed. No wifi but we used our data. Well equipped. Good sized fridge. So close to the Estuary and a beautiful walk along it. Perfect!

Skylight retreat was perfect, it was very close to the estuary and Miami plaza. All within walking distance. The house was lovely, had everything you could think of to make our stay very pleasant. We made full use of the dvds available. Personally it was a difficult visit due to visiting a sick relative however we were only 10mins drive from their house. Having the skylight retreat was perfect as it was a home from home. With coming from the U.K. the only minor point was no wifi, but my sister had unlimited data which was a bonus for keeping in touch with home. It was not a planned visit and booking was done very quickly, the communication with the owners was second to none, they replied very swiftly and were very understanding of our situation and allowed a late check out. Overall pretty happy

well stocked with dishes, laundry, towels and plenty of room. BBQ needs attention and wifi would be appreciated. These are not deal breakers as everything else was just fine. Don't hesitate to book it.

Recharge!

On behalf of our two families (and children), we want to extend Nikki a massive thank you for her kindness, patience and outstanding communication. We changed our dates unexpectedly and Nikki went out of her way to accommodate us all. The house is immaculately clean and big enough for our two families to feel like we had space to breathe. Perfectly located next to the shops, river and town, this house had everything we needed. The only improvement would be Wifi as we had a bunch of teenagers sucking our data and children watching Netflix. This was expensive for our mobile phones. Thank you for having us and we cannot wait to stay again! The Greers and Pattersons.
