zu 1: ruhige Lage, Aussicht, schöne Anlage, schöne Terasse, kleinere Wohnanlage (kein Massentourismus)Parkplaz mit Schatten!zu 2: Auto notwendig, da Weg vom Meer zum Haus stark ansteigt (wie beschrieben) für uns war es kein Problem Reisetipps: sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, da mittig auf der Inselgute Restaurants ca. 5 Minuten (am Meer)großer Supermarkt nur in Porto Ferraio (nur 10 min Auto)toller Sandstrand 5 min Auto oder 15 min zu Fußschöne Landschaft / Insel

L'alloggio era pulito, ma era ...

L'alloggio era pulito, ma era presente una porta comunicante con l'appartamento vicino che dava poca privacy in quanto sembrava che i vicini fossero nel nostro alloggio. E' una struttura un po' trascurata, come ad esempio una parte dello zoccoletto era staccata, comunque per il tempo che abbiamo trascorso ci siamo trovati tutto sommato bene. Di notte è tranquillo e c'è una bella vista sul golfo di Lacona Consigli di viaggion: In pochi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia di Lacona che è molto bella soprattutto con i bambini perchè è di sabbia e il mare non è profondo se non a parecchi metri da riva. Il residence si trova lungo la strada che collega Portoferraio a Lacona e in 10 minuti si raggiunge il porto e il supermercato coop
