Nous avons passé 5 jours paradisiaques avec la plus belle vue de Bastia. Pascal est un hôte exceptionnel qui nous a fait le cadeau d'une excursion en bateau le dernier jour. Un logement spacieux, lumineux, propre, tout confort, comme à la maison, tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Je vous recommande chaudement !

Pascal ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes war super.Er war über whatsapp immer erreichbar, wenn es etwas zu klären gab. Es gab gute Tipps bzgl.Restaurants von ihm. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, frisch renoviert, toller Blick von den 3 Balkonen auf den Hafen oder auch ins Hinterland von Bastia. Es gibt 2 gute ca. 140 cm breite Doppelbetten, 1 sehr sauberes Bad mit Wanne und 1 seperate Toilette. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr ordentlich. Uns hätte eine Espressomaschine, statt Filterkaffemaschine gefreut. Aber, das ist Geschmacksache .Die Lage "Residence de Colline" sagt auch, dass die Wohnung hoch über der Stadt Bastia auf einem Hügel liegt und nur durch eine sehr, sehr steile Straße zu erreichen ist.Steigung ca 20%. Zu Fuss geht das nur, wenn man sportlich ist. Ein Taxi vom alten Hafen bis zur Wohnung kostete im September 2025 ca 10. Wer ein Auto leiht oder mit Auto kommt: Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus steht kostenfrei bereit. Die Umgebungsgeräusche vom Fährhafen und vom Auto - und Motorradverkehr sind deutlich zu hören und waren für uns oft zu laut, um den Blick vom Balkon zu genießen. Aber, das ist individuell sicher unterschiedlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne PKW nur mit Anstrengung zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist voll in Ordnung .Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, wenn man sich auf die kleinen Hindernisse einlässt.

Un cinq étoiles

Magnifique appartement neuf, haut de gamme, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et la montagne grâce à ses quatre balcons. Très bien équipé. Pascal fut aux petits soins pour répondre à nos besoins et rendre notre séjour inoubliable.

Superbe

Excellent accueil du propriétaire Pascal. Un tour de la ville en voiture très utile pour repérage. Des gentils cadeaux de bienvenue, et grande disponibilité pour tous bons conseils. Visite de ce bel appartement. Résidence de standing, calme et très bien située.Très belles terrasses avec vue extraordinaire. Logement refait à neuf, très bien équipé, avec des prestations de qualité. Nombreux commerces à proximité. A louer sans hésiter à Bastia.
