An outdoor swimming pool. 3 bedrooms.<br><br>This superb villa benefits from an advantageous location, only 5 minutes drive from the city centre of Saint-Florent also close to the most beautiful beaches in the area (Saleccia, Lodu...). The villa is nestled on the heights of Saint-Florent with a splendid view of the gulf including an 8x4 outdoor swimming pool, as well as a large terrace with deckchairs, dining table, and summer lounge. Beautiful relaxing villa

Our family had a wonderful stay in this spacious, relaxing and well equipped villa. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the island, but was equally brilliant for just spending a lazy day around the pool. The terrace has amazing views, particularly as the sun is setting. It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a small shop just a couple of minutes drive. It is however a reasonable walk from town (30+ minutes) but a quick easy drive. Thank you for a lovely stay, we hope to return soon x

Really a nice house, with an amazing view.

6 ladies on a 5 days trip. Really a nice house. Good communication with owner. Only thing was that one of the beds was a bunk bed :( We read a lot of comments before. And all comments around the house is empty for kitchen stuff. Wasn't true anymore. So all in all a nice stay in nice weather :)

C’était sublime !Le logement était impeccable, les hôtes accueillant et disponible, il ne manquait de rien. Et surtout quelle vue et ce calme. Bref nous avons déjà hâte d’y revenir !

He villa itself was as advertised but a couple of things let it down . One was the fridge which was not cold at all and kept turning itself off . And the downstairs bathroom toilet seat was broken superglue not glued anymore.

Hello Katie, what a pity you didn’t notice there was a problem with the fridge. It worked when we were at home during spring and we changed last year the washing machine, the oven and the dishwasher. Only fridge didn’t change. We could change it during your stay. It would be possible to change the toilet seat we have a new one in the garage ! We are sorry that these details marred your stay, especially since we could have remedied them. For your information, the refrigerator has been replaced since you left.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison parfaitement située dans les hauteurs de Saint-Florent, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Je rejoins d'autres avis sur le fait que certains équipements mériteraient un rafraichissement (douche, pompe à chaleur de la piscine, coussins des meubles de la terrasse)

Ein tolles Ferienhaus, unschlagbarer Blick genau wie auf den Fotos! Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden,Geschirrspülmaschine und Armatur in der Küche funktionieren ohne Probleme. Der Pool war das Highlight der Kinder!

Vue extraordinaire et quelques désagréments

Si vous choisissez un lieu c’est mieux de bien lire tous les commentaires car personnellement je n’ai retenu que la note globale. La vue est vraiment époustouflante mais nous avons eu quelques désagréments qui ont un peu entaché le séjour. Je soulignerais principalement le non fonctionnement du lave-vaisselle qui est mentionné qu’il ne fonctionne pas correctement depuis 2022…Et donc vaisselle à faire pour 6 personnes au quotidien et évidemment plus d’eau chaude pour la douche ensuite lorsqu’on rentre de la plage ! Vaisselle ou douche !Nous avons apprécié la réactivité de Karen qui nous a apporté une bouteille de gaz pleine, un step pour nos enfants, un bouchon de bain ainsi qu’un rideau de douche neuf et tout ceci rapidement. Le cadre est idyllique mais la propriété aurait besoin d’un entretien un peu plus poussé notamment concernant les sanitaires (tous les mousseurs des robinets/siège toilette en bas), le liner de la piscine vert. Niveau rapport qualité/prix décevant.À prestation égale vous payez la vue

Chère Madame, Comme vous le rappelez, Karen est très réactive et a, comme nous, à cœur de répondre aux attentes des occupants de la maison. En ce qui vous concerne, il s’agissait plutôt d’exigences, répétées tous les jours, plusieurs fois par jour.  Nous y avons toujours répondu avec bienveillance. Celle-ci ne semble pas réciproque… Il est d’ailleurs curieux que les télécommandes des climatisations aient toutes été privées de leurs piles après votre départ… Heureusement, Karen a pu en fournir à vos successeurs dès qu’ils s’en sont rendu compte. Ils n’ont eu, quant à eux, aucun problème avec le lave-vaisselle. Sans doute suffisait il d’y mettre un peu plus de produit, et un peu moins de détritus. Nous avons bien noté également qu’il était inadmissible de ne pas avoir de clim dans la salle de bains, et que la ligne d’eau de la piscine était moins claire que le reste du liner. Ce n’est pas faute de la frotter régulièrement. Sans doute pas fort. Pardon également pour la température extérieure. Nous étions en juin, il faisait chaud.

Alles perfekt

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern ausgestattet, jedes Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch und der Pool und die Terrasse sind genau wie auf den Fotos, wir waren begeistert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Tolles Haus mit grandioser Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, die Terrasse ist ein Traum, vor allem die Abende mit Sonnenuntergang. Einziges Manko ist die etwas ältere Küche und Waschmaschine. Nach St. Florent braucht man ca. 5 min. mit dem Auto, einen Bäcker und kleinen Supermarkt kann man auch in ca. 20 min zu Fuß erreichen. Wir würden das Haus definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Nous avons passé un beau séjour à la villa. Les lits étaient confortables... la cuisine assez bien équipée. Les couchers de soleil grandiose. Seul petit bémol nous avons voulu nous servir du BBQ mais il n'y a avait plus de propane. N'hésitez pas à réserver.

Belle maison, beau séjour, vue fabuleuse

Nous avons séjourné fin aout 2023 avec 4 ados. La maison est bien équipée, joliment décorée et très agréable sur les hauteurs de Saint Florent avec une vue époustouflante sur la baie. Seul petit bémol la proximité des voisins. Un grand merci à Karen a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Nous reviendrons.

Magnifique villa avec magnifique vue

Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour dans cette très belle villa. La maison est décorée avec goût, dispose de tout l’équipement et le confort nécessaire. La propriétaire est restée disponible et à l’écoute durant notre séjour. Et bien évidemment la cerise sur le gâteau est une vue extraordinaire sur le golfe de Saint-Florent, que l’on soit sur la belle terrasse/piscine ou à l’intérieur de la maison.

Location fin juin 2023

Rien de spécial à redire sur la maison. Hormis plusieurs détails qui gâchent un peu la semaine : - Bouteille de gaz vide lorsque l'on a voulu se servir du barbecue. Rupture de stock dans les 3 stations services. Donc, nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le barbecue de la semaine. - Les prises de la terrasse ne fonctionnaient pas et c'était à nous de rechercher quel plomb avait lâché vu qu'il n'y a aucun repère sur le tableau électrique. - Les pompes de relevage des condensats des climatisations font du bruit dans les 2 grandes chambres. Très gênant la nuit pour dormir. - Une évacuation de vasque se bouche malgré le fait que nous ayons nettoyé le siphon nous même. Donc, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas un meilleur suivi après chaque location.
