The attractive villa underwent a comprehensive and complete redesign in 2022/2023 and can therefore almost be described as a new building.
This also refers to the outdoor areas as well as the swimming pool. Completion was in February 2023 and the villa will go into initial rental for the 2023 season.
Particularly noteworthy is the excellent finish in all respects!
