The well-appointed kitchen includes two full refrigerators, two ovens, two dishwashers, and ample counter and storage space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry/bar area, perfect for additional storage and beverage preparation. The dining area has a long table that can accommodate 14+ guests, and the kitchen's breakfast bar provides seating for another 6. The spacious living room includes plenty of seating and a 75" smart TV. This floor also has two King bedrooms, each with an en suite bath, a laundry room, and a powder room.

The top floor has four additional bedrooms: two with Kings, and two with double Queens and a daybed, each with a private bath and access to the beachfront porch. There's also a bunk room with custom XL Twin built-ins that sleeps four, and an extra full bath. This floor includes a second living area with a wet bar and a larger laundry room.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private heated pool, a 100' stretch of private beach, hammocks, a charcoal grill, outdoor dining areas, and beach chairs. Another Round is just minutes from local restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet far enough away to provide a peaceful haven.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. For the Hangout Music Festival, a $1000 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as anticipated.
