Your Property
Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot.

When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home, whether it's your first time in Nashville, or you're a remote worker!

This loft features 15ft ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft has 1 true bedroom tucked away with a door.

The living space is an open concept setting with another bedroom area exposed to the living area and kitchen. There are 2 queen size beds as well as a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room that provides a third sleeping spot if it is needed.

We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit!

Gym access by request - OFFSITE at our sister property just 0.2 miles away. Please request from the hours of 8:30am - 5pm. All requests after 5pm will be handled the next business day!

Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the second floor. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique keypad code that will serve as your keys to the property. You will have a code to enter the building and a code for your unit.

PARKING: Parking starts at $45/night in the public lot onsite - if staying 5 or more nights, please inquire about discounted parking options!

Interaction with Guests
Our rental is managed by UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small and local team that strives to make your trip to Nashville great. We let our guests have their space but if needed we are around to help and on-call 24/7. If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. Plus, our team is local - want to know our fav hot chicken spot or an off the beaten path bar recommendation, shoot us a text!

Other Details to Note
→ Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions.

→ There is NO cable, but there is a Smart TV with all streaming capabilities

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ Entry: You will have keys to the unit. You will receive two codes before check-in via email - one for the building access and one to the lockbox at the unit door.

→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 6 people. There is a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. There are 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→After placing your booking you will receive a text from our team with a link to sign a form to confirm you've reviewed our house rules and ensure the check-in process goes smoothly. We will send access info one day prior to arrival, if booking the same day, you may call our team as soon as you've booked. Please ensure your number on your Airbnb profile is up to date.

The Gulch neighborhood is among the most dynamic in the city. Home to a variety of hospitality options, including that nationally celebrated restaurant Biscuit Love and the rooftop bar at the Thompson Nashville, the Gulch is a destination of its own to experience some of Nashville's unique culture.

Getting around
ON FOOT
With so many options for dining and entertainment just steps away, you can get to most places by foot! Your unit will include a detailed map that shows the great places you can visit in just a few blocks.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.
