Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting our home.

If your dates are flexible feel free to message me on ways to save. Guests do not have access to using the indoor fireplace. The chimney is closed and it should never be used.

Other things to note
We keep a pretty busy schedule and usually have someone checking in the same day. Housekeeping will be arriving at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest.

Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants.
Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
