Amazing stay in Venice

The house was super well designed and comfortable. It was outfitted with everything we needed for a month long stay. The neighborhood felt safe and there was plenty of on-street parking, Best of all it was an easy walk both to the beach and to Abbott Kinney. It’s a fantastic place to stay.

Cozy haven

The neighborhood is quiet and well located, close to everything you could possibly want or need, the house is superbly stocked as anticipating every want. The house was so clean and charming, and the owners were super communicative and very pleasant. We had a wonderful month-long stay and we would return.

The rental was exactly as advertised. Everything was thought of right down to a good corkscrew. Location was perfect highly walkable great off street parking extremely responsive landlord. I will definitely go back there. And my dog really love the fenced in front yard and fenced in backyard.

Charming Venice Home

This is a renovated one-level home in a quiet residential neighborhood, walking distance to some shops and restaurants, and a short bike ride to the beach. Parking readily available on the street. Kitchen fully stocked. Beautiful back yard with dining table, suitable for morning coffee or evening dinner. We enjoyed our visit. The host was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival.

Perfect beach getaway

We stayed in the home of Katherine for two full months. Katherine has been beyond responsive and always so kind and helpful. The house has an very good energy unlike so many rental properties her house actually feels like a home. All the amenities are there, a fully equipped kitchen where we cooked many meals, a lovely outside area where we had many breakfasts. The house comes with two bikes that top off your stay and give you the beauty to enjoy the beach and this area by bike. I would highly recommend staying here. My best and warm regards, Zosha & Nils

Perfect House for Me!

This is the second year I spent March in this charming house. The house has a young and friendly vibe which makes it so nice to invite friends to come to stay. Everything one needs is provided. The kitchen is complete, which makes cooking for a crowd easy. The house is full of light. The neighborhood seems unique in that it has great access to the beach, parks, shopping and great restaurants, but it's quiet because there's no thru traffic. My little dog, Finley, loves its fenced yards, front and back. I plan to go back next year!

Our family purchased the house so our daughter could be closer to USC after graduation as she continued with her work there. We wanted to be close to the beach as well as to Abbot Kinney restaurants, coffee spots and shopping. This is a 5 min walk to all of it as well as an easy commute to the campus. Our kids grew up as expats in HK and we have been overseas for 32 years. We LOVE coming to visit LA because this place is so comfy and convenient.

Why they chose this property

This property is in the sought after Silver Triangle neighborhood. A few minutes walk to the canals, or over to Abbott Kinney, or to the beach. Super safe neighborhood, lots of street parking.
