Wood decks line almost the entirety of the outdoor perimeter of the home leaving plenty of space for social events in the surrounding nature.

Tranquility Lodge has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 9 Televisions and SONOS sound system throughout and multiple living rooms lending plenty of space for everyone. The Kitchen is glamorous! Giant angular windows light the whole room with hanging pendant lights bringing dimension to all the ceiling space. Beautiful speckled granite countertops add a perfect texture to the solid brown and tan cupboards. The first master bedroom is highlighted with a personal fireplace, walk-in Steam Shower, and jacuzzi tub. The other two master bedrooms share another walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The fifth bedroom is its own private suite with it’s own bathroom and electric fireplace. The Bunk room makes for great entertainment with multiple monitors to play or stream on! Bring your own gaming console to utilize all this room has to offer. All of the bedrooms and living rooms have T.V.s and Internet for your comfort.

What’s Nearby: The Castle Glen Neighborhood and Tranquility Lodge is less than a mile from Big Bear Blvd which has many grocery stores, restaurants, and other entertainment.  In less than a 2 minute drive you can visit Big Bear Snow Play offering snow tubing, night glow tubing, a mini-race car speedway, a rope climbing course, and more. Snow Summit is only 2.5 miles away and offers plenty of ski runs for a great value in the winter and many other events in the spring and summer.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
