The property was great, close to the beach and lots of restaurants, and still near shops, groceries, etc. Great view from the balcony.

The published photos fail to show that the main sleeping area is immediately adjacent to a shower stall with the top of the shower open and capable of spraying water on the bed and the photo likewise fails to make it clear that the toilet is in the same four walls as the sleeping area and the shower. This was a surprise to us. An auxiliary sleeping area on a pullout couch had dirty linens without available replacements. As such we declined to stay and spoke with the owner who stated they would provide a refund and that never happened. VRBO and their French subcontracting company managing the rental were willing to only provide a rebate of 110.00 dollars on a future stay and refunded zero dollars. Attempts to contact the owners have been unsuccessful and I found myself out approximately two thousand dollars for a stay that did not happen and needed to find alternative accommodations on short notice. This was a horrific experience.

Super appartement, face à la mer, idéal pour un couple, très propre, silencieux, 5e étage, très belle vue. Bonne communication avec Émilie qui a su nous renseigner. Nous reviendrons.
