Very nice studio of 25m2 which can accomodate 4 people with view on harbor and sea close to all facilities (restaurants, bars nautical base etc ...) the residence is located in 100m beaches in the most dynamic district of the big mound.
The studio is equipped with a large Murphy bed 2 places in 150 by 190 as well as a convertible sofa bed, the kitchen, brand new is fully equipped, the apartment has been completely renovated except the bathroom.

Le sĂ©jour s'est globalement passĂ© de maniere convenable dans le logement de Franck. Lumineux, avec une jolie vue mer, proche du port et des commoditĂ©s (supĂ©rette, boulangeries, commerces, plages a 2min, etc.).Nous avons aussi apprĂ©ciĂ© la rĂ©activitĂ© de Franck en cas de besoin comme a l'arrivĂ©e.La procĂ©dure d'arrivĂ©e n'est en effet pas trĂšs claire (EntrĂ©e par la porte d'accĂšs commune des bĂątiments A,B,C) et le changement de code devrait ĂȘtre prĂ©venu par SmS pour Ă©viter tout soucis.De plus, la porte d'entrĂ©e se ferme difficilement par l'intĂ©rieur (verrou abimĂ©), la douche est quelque peu vĂ©tuste, la TV ne fonctionne pas et de plus grands oreillers pour dormir seraient apprĂ©ciables.Aussi, il n'y a pas de place de parking attenante avec ce logement (vs mention "Parking disponible" sur l'annonce). L'hote nous a cependant bien aiguillĂ© pour des solutions de stationnement gratuites Ă  10min Ă  pied du logement.Hormis ces quelques points d'amĂ©lioration le sejour fut agrĂ©able !

Un appartement trĂšs bien placĂ© au bord du port de la grande motte avec tout le nĂ©cessaire Ă  proximitĂ©. Au niveau du logement un peu juste pour 4 personnes mais propriĂ©taire trĂšs rĂ©actif qui nous a amener le jour mĂȘme un couchage supplĂ©mentaire et des oreillers neufs .
