Living room
Settle in by the electric fireplace and watch the ocean through the windows. The open living area flows into the kitchen and breakfast bar, Put on a movie or your favorite show on the Smart TV, or just watch the weather change over the water. Step onto the balcony for a bundled-up coffee in the morning or a quiet drink after dark.

Kitchen
You'll find a full-size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. We've stocked pots, pans, utensils, and silverware, plus the basics (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee).

Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a queen bed and generous closet space. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and works well for kids or as a quiet workspace. Fresh linens are provided.

Bathroom
Warm up in the walk-in shower after a windy beach walk. Plush towels are provided.

Parking
One designated parking spot is included in the building. There's no additional onsite parking, but street parking and paid lots are nearby.

Getting in
We're on the 4th floor, reachable by elevator or stairs, so it's easy to bring your luggage and groceries up.

We had a great time at this condo despite the weather being on the cool side with a few rainy days. Even on those days it was so nice sitting on the balcony enjoying that spectacular view! The condo has very nice furnishings and the beds were comfy. The only suggestion would be to have instructions for the tv..its xfinity streaming which we weren't familiar with but managed to find a few shows to watch during those rainy days. Also, the mini split ac system is great but if you're not familiar with it, some instructions might help. All in all though, this condo is great and we would most definitely consider it again.

Perfect location and accommodations

Oceanfront Perfection!

It was perfect! I loved the balcony and listening to the ocean! It was beautiful to see the sun rise right from the balcony every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked and updated, everything was very clean and we had a lovely time!

Wonderful stay

There were so many items we found which were so helpful- food items like salt and pepper, oil, coffee, sweetener. It really was like being at home, with an ocean view.Our host was very responsive and polite. All in all, a great time. Thank you.

Well maintained, clean and cozy condo that couldn't be more conveniently located to Hampton Beach. Parking close to elevator. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet in late November.

Perfect vacation on the beach

The location, the equipment, the communication were perfect. It's close to restaurants, the beach, shops and you can see the fireworks from the balcony. The elevator simplifies access with luggage and children. We'll go back any time. Perfect for relaxing without constraints. Another good point: parking is secured by a barrier and far from street traffic.

Beautiful place. Great hosts.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful property - We especially loved mornings on the patio overlooking the ocean. There’s a great coffee shop about a block away, and the beach is just across the street. Communication with the owners was amazing. There was a power outage in Hampton Beach late one night and when I alerted Karla, she responded quickly and made the appropriate contacts to be sure the electric company had a crew on the way. Power was restored in about 2 hours. Beautiful condo in a great location.

First time visiting the north east shore. This location was excellent not only for Hampton Beach but also served as our home base as we sight see’d up and down the coast. Unit was as described and shown in the photos. Very well appointed and decorated for the season (very nice touch). Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a quiet location on Hampton Beach and within a few footsteps to the beach and just on the edge of the board walk. Our visit was mid September and while a lot of the shops and attractions were already shut down for the season. There was still plenty to occupy and several restaurants open. We preferred this and can imagine the area gets pretty busy otherwise. Recommendations: I would be to add more pillows to the bedrooms or if you are able, bring some along. I would also consider leaving a small cooler for guest to use at the beach (chairs and beech toys were available at the unit for guest).

Life's a Beach

Perfection..!! My stay here made a non-beach person excited to book again. The hosts were a click away for any/all information needed. If you want a gorgeous condo.. over looking the Atlantic Ocean.. while having all the "beach life" ammenties st your finger tips.. Book it..!! :)

Excellent location, great view, very nice stay

The location of this property is perfect as there is no closer access to Hampton Beach if staying on Ocean Blvd. A new building so everything was perfect and excellent service provided by property manager. Great week and highly recommended.

My husband Jose and I always wanted a place at Hampton Beach. It's lively in the summer and peaceful in the off-season, which is when we love it most. We come here to relax and we hope you find the same calm here.
