GRAND PANAMA PET STIPULATIONS: Pets are only allowed in rental properties marked pet friendly and must be disclosed at time of booking. A non-refundable pet fee is charged for anyone bringing a pet, including Emotional Support Animals. Guests who wish to bring a pet to Grand Panama must apply for a conditional license and receive a pet tag, which is to be displayed on the pet while on property. Guests must complete their animal registration form, provide proof of vaccinations, and applicable documentation for service animals to receive a pet tag. Pet tags are picked up at the front desk of tower 2. The leash law applies at all times besides in your condo. The beach, pool, and pool deck are not pet friendly areas. Conditional licenses can be revoked if the association finds the pet without a tag, is vicious, or a nuisance to guests. A pet or any evidence of a pet found on the property that was not previously disclosed by the guest is cause for eviction with forfeiture of moneys paid plus additional cleaning charges. DOGS ONLY 2 pet maximum, 25 lb weight limit

Just Perfect

Unit was so clean and nice. View was amazing. Being pet friendly was a must for us so loved the pet friendly availability.

Time away

We had the best visit. Loved taking our fur babies with us. Needs a recliner or more comfy couch Also needs to say there is a Keurig in there. Also only 1 kitchen towel. Needs a few more.

Tower 2 and didn’t know it

Enjoyed the stay but was surprised that we were not on the ocean. This was not clear and we were not happy about it.

Spring Break 2021

Overall stay was great. Few glitches, nothing big. We didn’t arrived until 6:30pm, and the housekeepers were still in the room, so I guess the 4pm check in time doesn’t guarantee the room is ready. The dishes in the cabinet needed a little extra cleaning. Otherwise beautiful condo, great view of the ocean, nice pool area, easy access to beach. Everyone enjoyed the stay!

Great place, just a couple things that were unsettling.

Property was good. When we checked in at 4:30 pm, we went out for a hour or so. When we came back to the condo, there was a worker putting new patio furniture on our deck. This was not acceptable, because we were not informed someone was coming, we had credit cards, cash, etc. laying on the kitchen counters and the door was wide open during the time the furniture was being put in, which allowed anyone to go by and come in the condo. There was a guy standing in front of the our door just looking in. If you are going to replace furniture, or do any repairs, etc. you must let the renters know beforehand. Very unsettling. Also, there was no guide for the TV. We had 4 remotes and we had to call the maintenance guy to help us after 2 days. He informed us we only needed one remote, (others did not work) and he had to put batteries in to have that one work. Overall great place as far as location, cleanliness, etc.

Beautiful condo

Overall, our trip with my daughter and 2 young grandchildren was really nice. Condo was decorated very nicely. Plenty of clean towels. I slept on sofa bed but no linens, had to buy. A few other maintenance issues but they were fixed. Panhandle Getaways was cooperative for most of issues. Condo view was very nice.
