This great 2 bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. This 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It also has a TV in the living room as well as both bedrooms, a wood-burning fireplace, washer and dryer for your convenience, and a front porch and balcony; as well as a 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. It is near to the ski area and fishing in the summer and a free town trolley service is offered to take you around town. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St.

$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

Nice but gravel road was trouble for 2WD vehicle.

Nice property. Only challenge was the 1/4 mile gravel road leading into the property when a snow storm rolled in. Thankfully we brought chains but we would have been stuck without them.

Would Stay At Valley Condo Again

Check in was super easy and management was available for questions during the stay. Condo 110 has a full size kitchen and is a larger condo than some other condos in the area. There is lots of closet space, a washer/dryer in a closet in the kitchen, a full size refrigerator, great towels and was very clean. I sent a message before the trip asking about cooking equipment and that message was quickly answered. We would definitely stay there again.

Annual Ski Trip

We have been choosing a different place to ski each year since we retired. We really enjoyed our stay as well as the ski area. We did lose one day of skiing due to weather conditions. We stayed in, enjoyed a fire in the fireplace, played cards and watched movies. We went out in the early evening and enjoyed dinner out. Our stay was very comfortable and a whole lot of fun! Thank you for making it so easy!

Condo was nice. Directions not so much, signs and condo numbers are very hard to see at night. Television is analog only and very limited channels for nighttime relaxation.

It served its purpose for my family to get some skiing in. However, the unit was not clean. Dust and cob webs everywhere. Dishes were dirty in cabinets, the dish washing soap was topped off with water, and old food in several places on the floor.

Pet friendly mountain condo

The Valley Condos are located just on the western edge of Red River NM. Our condo was clean and comfortable, with a nice welcome basket with some necessities (laundry detergent, coffee for ex.). It had everything we needed to relax, cook in if we wanted or a short walk to town if we wanted to eat out. The grounds are well-maintained, family and pet friendly with lots of grass for dog walks, a small creek, wild flowers and mountain critters (ducks, bunnies, deer). The area is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
