We loved staying in the Aspen House! It is in a fabulous location, where we were able to walk to everything in a short amount of time! The "bonus" room was fun and the outdoor space was perfect for the beautiful summer mountain weather.
Great location it was nice and quiet with plenty of room in the backyard having two fireplaces, grill, and the entertainment area. Owners and manager were great and always checking in

Family Fun
The perfect house in the perfect location! We were able to walk to everything, even the base of the slopes. We will definitely stay here again.
Our family of 6 loved this property- great location and awesome outdoor area. We felt right at home walking everywhere, cooking meals together, playing on the patio, and getting all our laundry done before heading home. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Red River.
This property was perfect for our family of four. The house is very well appointed and stocked, and the location is perfect. It’s one block off Main Street in the middle of town, which made it perfect to walk to restaurants, shops, and the river for fishing. We’ve been coming to Red River for more than a decade and will stay here again next time.
Within walking distance to everything in town, yet still feels secluded. Kids liked the outdoor area with the ski lift swings, and the disconnected dining area was a great place for card games around the table.

WOW!
This was an exceptional retreat! Very nice home in a great area of Red River, just around the corner from Old Timer cafe. The best part was the fire pit and open dining area with game tables. It was just an awesome place to hang out first thing in the morning or late at night before going to bed. I would love to bring my family and stay again soon!
We stayed here for the 8750’ Festival with another couple. It was the perfect location and we loved the outdoor area. I’m pretty sure we spent more time enjoying the patio area than anything else. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Our friends are already planning a ski trip with intentions of staying here with their family.
