Valley Condo 111 - Creekside - Wi-Fi - Hot Tub - Dog Friendly - Fireplace - Wash

This great 2 bedroom condo is located on Pioneer Creek on the west end of town. This 2 bedroom/1.75 bath condo has High-Speed Fiber Optic, sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. The first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a queen and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit features TVs in each bedroom and a TV with a VCR/ DVD player in the living room. There are balconies off each bedroom and there are front and back porches. It also has a gas fireplace that has a thermostat, and has a washer & dryer for your convenience. There are 2 community hot tubs located on the grounds. We are near the ski area and fishing in the summer. This property is the best of both worlds: located on the quiet west end of town but still in town limits and close to just about everything on Main St. There is also a free town Trolley service available to take you around town.
*Valley Condo Unit 104 is a pet-friendly property allowing up to two housebroken pets (dogs only) per rental with a non-refundable pet deposit of $75.00/dog. Renter must obey leash laws and pick up after dog(s), and will be held financially responsible for any damage to the unit. If a pet fee isn’t charged at the time of booking it will be charged at the time of check-in.

Nothing Fancy but Solid Rental

Unit was homey, better suited for 4 but could make a smaller family of 6 work. Close to hot tub and was quiet.

Red River Escape from the heat!

We loved our time at the Valley Condos and will stay here again! For a mom of three boys it was a perfect getaway-stay. They played on the river and playground within sight of me and even met some new friends. Kitchen was fine, but could use some spices and love. Had a lock issue with the doors but it was a fantastic trip and I’d do it again!

Pictures were not accurate at all. Living area was dark, dingy, small and outdated. In one of the bedrooms bed was so high, uncomfortable and there was no nightstands.Other bedroom seemed more modern, but bed was also uncomfortable, and there were nail clippings on the floor and cigarette ashes on the balcony. The only room that was up to par was the kitchen and its appliances.

After your stay, you mentioned over the phone that you were comparing this condo to the Biltmore, where you frequently stay. While we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, & well-maintained space, our listing does not attempt to compete with luxury resorts. VC 111 is accurately represented in both photos & description, & we believe it offers strong value for the location & amenities. That said, the nail clippings are unacceptable. We've addressed this with our cleaning team - our sincere apologies. The beds/decor match what’s shown in the listing, though we understand comfort is subjective. We continually monitor guest feedback & share relevant input with the owner. We appreciate your comments & are always working to improve.
