This spot was a perfect home base while in town! So nice to be able to walk downtown. House was as pictured, nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Would stay here again for sure!
Very cute property! It was spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were extremely soft and fluffy. I would definitely book here again.
The location was great and everything worked well for our needs. Our party was one adult and 3 children and everyone got their own room which was perfect! We were very close to everything. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed.
A few minute’s walk to downtown for the Halloween Festival, shops and dining (recommend Square Root), this cottage seems bigger in the inside than out. Small kitchen but large living room and nice backyard with a fire pit. Altogether a nice place to hang out and and check out Brevard.
More space than we needed for the three of us, but we loved this house and enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk/bike to dinner, groceries. Monika is a fantastic host.
We loved our stay at Hunt’s Haven! Plenty of room for a family of 5. We loved walking to downtown. Monika was great and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this house to others!
We came to Brevard for a family wedding. We were able to walk downtown where we could eat and shop. We also enjoyed hiking at Goeges State park where we found the beautiful Rainbow falls.
This house was perfect for us to stay in comfortably. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet and we were close to everything we needed. We would stay here again.

had a great stay just some problems
did not stay at address rented but host was excellent ( was a storm come throught she made every effort to ensure our accommodations were met would use again 100%
This house was perfect for our short stay in Brevard and convenient both to the downtown and Brevard Music Center. Having four bedrooms was great for us and everything was nicely kept and clean. There were even added touches like soaps and shampoos in the bathroom and some coffee pods, too. The property contact was very responsive and helpful and was able to let us into the house early. We will definitely stay here again on future visits to Brevard!
Having separate bedrooms allowed everyone to have personal space after alot of togetherness. Be advised that the smaller bedroom has neither chair, dresser, chest of drawers or mirror.
A small wall mirror and a place to organize belongings would be welcomed. Perfect location for day trips.
Clean and roomy. I would stay again. Details that would help: toilet doesn’t flush easily it was scary everytime I flushed. Maybe some bathroom spray since there is only one bathroom for 4 bedrooms and no air fan. Neither of these would stop me from staying again and since owner/ manager h
Was so good I’m sure she will take this as constructive. The rest was great!
This house has plenty of places for 8 people and it is in the middle of town, so it is convenient to everything. Everything was great! The kitchen was a little small. We were able to cook for a wedding reception for a 100 out of the small kitchen. The stove works great! The water pressure is not great and the hot water will run out quickly with 8 in the house like we had. I air works great! We were able to get 4 cars in the driveway as there is no parking on the street. There is a big lot for a small business a half a block away.
Great time!

The house is located in a dangerous neighborhood surrounded by homeless shelters (Sharing House, The Haven, the food pantry) and this is not part of the house location description. There was noise, indigent people laying on the sidewalks, and standing in groups, and public drinking in groups outside within 50 feet of the house at all hours. It is totally unsafe. It is not the peaceful mountain retreat advertised. The house itself also has problems. The shower leaks loudly constantly. The bathroom door has projecting screws that cut our hands. The floors were not very clean. There is a lack of light sources in rooms and burned out overhead bulbs. The furniture is not arranged in the sitting room the same way as in the photos and is less useful for eating and also keeps light out of the room. The extreme use of scented cleaners and air fresheners, including on sheets and towels, gave us respiratory allergies. Though no doubt this is meant to be welcoming hospitality, such strong scents are not for everybody. The house is advertised as pet friendly, but the outdoor situation of the house is not good for dogs. Two aggressive beagles next door made walking our dogs in the yard impossible. Homeless people around made walking them on the street dangerous. The outdoor area needs a wooden fence to make the yard more usable and around the car area to make it safe from the low income apartments next door where people are often loitering and have dogs off the leash.
