'The Cottage at Franklin Park' is conveniently located in downtown Brevard, North Carolina. Located in the Franklin Park neighborhood, directly across the street from 'The Big Play' and City Pool. Just a stones throw from Main Street shops and restaurants. Easy walk to Brevard College, Silvermont and Transylvania County Library. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, dining room for 6, living room with fireplace and cable TV, wireless internet and a fantastic screen porch. Property also has a fenced in backyard with deck area. Local attractions include....Brevard Music Center, Porter Center, Pisgah National Forest, Dupont Forrest, Blue Ridge Parkway, and the ever popular Sliding Rock. Asheville is just 30 minutes north and easily accessible. Come visit Brevard, a perfect location to call home camp while exploring Transylvania County and all of Western North Carolina.

This home was absolutely fantastic. I wish I owned it! The screened porch was the perfect spot to sit in the swing and watch the white squirrels on Franklin Park. The house had everything we needed, was pet friendly, and walkable to town. The owners were lovely and accommodating. We will definitely stay again!

We cannot imagine a nicer place to stay in Brevard. We had a wonderful 10 day. Stay in Roberts cottage/bungalow. Trees were blooming on the property. The grass was lush and the park was directly across the street, but not noisy, just charming. The house had three bedrooms, all with different views. Everyone we met was friendly, and the house has a reputation in the community for being very special. Robert was very easy to work with. We definitely hope to return! POS

We had a great stay in Brevard at the cottage. The location is in ideal proximity to Brevard College and also downtown. We loved walking our dog to the various shops. There is a wonderful community pool and park directly across the street from the house which is perfect for families. The house was in great condition - very cute and cozy. Great mountain biking in the area and the cottage had a private fenced in backyard to be able to store and wash bikes. Kitchen and towels were well stocked. The cottage was clean and dealing with the host was a pleasure - very responsive and courteous. Check in was easy and we would definitely look to book the cottage again!

Perfect Brevard Cottage

Perfect Cottage for a Relaxing Weekend

The cottage was absolutely ideal for a weekend in the mountains. We would book it again in a second, and plan to in the future. We highly recommend both the house and the location of Brevard for a weekend getaway.
