Hermanus Haven is a real gem if you want to be right on the ocean. The view is breathtaking, the place is spotless, and the kitchen and family living area are fantastic for relaxing or cooking together. Beds are wonderfully soft.It’s wonderfully isolated despite being part of a beach club scene – pure tranquility.One thing to note for future guests: there’s an adjacent informal settlement. We never felt unsafe thanks to good security, but it’s worth being aware of.Despite that, you’re just a short drive from downtown Hermanus with all its beautiful sights and lively atmosphere. Would happily stay again.
