The accommodation includes upstairs 3 large bedrooms equipped with a 140x190 bed and storage space, one with a cot for baby. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are air-conditioned.

Air conditioning of the accommodation is optional on request 50 euros per week to be paid on site on arrival
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 145 euros optional to be paid on site on arrival
If you decide not to take the cleaning package, you must return the house in the same condition as you found it when you arrived
You will also be asked for a cleaning deposit cheque of 145 euros. This will be returned to you in full if the cleaning complies with the recommendations you will find in the accommodation welcome booklet
In any case, we ask you to empty the fridge, dishwasher and rubbish bins and to leave the toilets clean
