The house features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room with high-quality appliances, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom (one with a double bed).
There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
A travel cot for a baby, complete with a mattress protector and fitted sheet, as well as a high chair, can be provided upon request. The bedding is high quality, as is all the furnishings.

The house offers several amenities: chest of drawers, closet, TV, living room, washing machine, dryer, crepe maker, oven, microwave....

NON-SMOKING accommodation

Smokers are asked to smoke outside and dispose of their cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays.

Guests are responsible for sorting their trash and placing it in the outdoor bins provided.

No parties or gatherings.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. However, it is possible to arrive at a different time upon request.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest. For business travellers, accommodation can be arranged 7 days a week.

Please respect the property, which has been recently renovated for your comfort, and ensure proper use of the kitchen and amenities (TV, oven, washing machine, dryer).

Sheets, duvet covers, and towels are provided. The beds are made upon arrival. For long stays (3 weeks or more), sheets can be changed (additional cost of €10 per bed) or washed by the guests.

Please note the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of 50€ in addition to your total reservation amount. These cleaning fees—EXCLUDING kitchen cleanup—cover the following: cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming and mopping the floors, cleaning the windows and mirrors, dusting, airing out the space, and freshening up the bedding. Mattress protectors and pillowcases are always washed after each guest's departure).
